We were married in 2013 and now have three beautiful daughters and a little boy on the way. We love the outdoors, working on projects together, and spending time with our family and friends. The Waters is a stately waterfront mansion and wedding venue located in Oshkosh, WI. Lake Winnebago fringes the freshly manicured lawns of this fine destination. It was originally built in 1903 and operated as a yacht club. The Waters' goal is to ensure the highest quality experience that results in unforgettable nuptial memories being made. To-be-weds are guaranteed complete privacy at The Waters as the site adheres to a strict one-event-per-day policy. The Venue at River's Edge is a recently restored Venue in downtown waterloo. Formerly the building was used as a community building before the city of waterloo had things like a school gym or a theater. At one time the building hosted a long list of events including basketball games, weddings, movies, plays, and even a rifle range in the basement. After being restored we are now again hosting events with a primary focus on weddings and receptions. This venue has its own outdoor ceremony site with a picturesque view overlooking our pond and waterfall. If you were looking for a smaller venue we also offer the Hideaway. This venue can accommodate up to 110 guests, has a budget friendly buffet menu, and also has its own ceremony site. Additionally, we can accommodate tent weddings if your guest count is beyond our maximum capacity. We also feature a 5-star shooting facility which includes a pistol/rifle range, 24 station sporting clays course, as well as a 5-stand and Trading Post. The building that BuBs is in has its own history and has been “the” meeting place since the 1890’s.
