Located in the Heart of Downtown Rochester by the Peace Plaza, The Kahler Grand Hotel and the Marriott Rochester Mayo Clinic Area give us the versatility to host a wide variety of wonderful events. The Kahler Grand offers the historically preserved Elizabethan Ballroom and the modern, space-flexible Heritage Hall; as well as smaller rooms which can accommodate groups of 10 to 450 guests. Our prominent Marriott Ballroom is one of Rochester’s most modern reception venues and is a marvelous location for of up to 250 guests. It is easily accessible next to a parking garage and connected by a skyway that overlooks Peace Plaza.

With the open floor plan and the atmosphere of an east coast art gallery, tables and chairs can be set up for whatever needs your event might have. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. Our new wedding & events facility is a heated & cooled vintage, European-style carriage house to match our existing civil war era (1858!) brick house. The Carriage House can accommodate 150 guests in the warm months and 100 in the winter. The space flows into the gardens and expansive patio area for additional seating.
