I’ve been a touring drummer for the last decade with Pattern is Movement. I’ve had the pleasure to share the stage with artists like The Roots, St. Vincent, Dirty Projectors, Shabazz Palaces and tour all around the world. I’ve also been booking shows for years at Philly’s own Johnny Brenda’s. My life revolves around music and that is why I love to DJ.

Based in Staten Island, New York, Cause and The Effects is an enthusiastic band comprised of young musical professionals ready to perform at your wedding. The band was founded in 2011 but the versatile members have been playing together and separately for more than two decades. You can choose between a seven-, eight-, or 10-piece band to perform at your reception, while smaller groups can perform during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Show-stopping music is performed with a variety of instruments such as horns, percussion, saxophones, flute, and piano. They are based in Staten Island but are willing to travel to destination weddings.

Most events I do start with some common elements: guests, music and the client’s desire for the event to be successful. Kaila is a Canadian singer, song writer and musician. What separates her from the rest of the pretty girls that can sing is her musical studies: Kaila studied classical and jazz theory with an emphasis on Vocal Techniques, Music Business and Live Sound Set-up.

Rotie Salley is one of the most incredible solo artists performing in the Lowcountry today. With an impressive song list, his sound and vocals are solid. Zoe was recipient of the Gates-Taylor Award by the NAU School of Music and received the Mary Stewart Allen Award for Violin and Most Outstanding Music Award by the CofC School of the Arts.

I come from a musical background playing the trumpet & drums growing up. My passion for music grew into a love for the art form that is deejaying during college.
