Set on five acres of land, the mill's ground floor can be used as an indoor ceremony place, and upstairs, you will find a stunning second floor reception area and bedroom suites. You and your guests can stroll outside to take some historically-inspired images by the stone walls or surrounding natural landscape, where you'll find a connecting stream and bridge for scenic backdrops. Accommodating up to 130 guests, Olde Village Mill makes for a quaint and charming venue. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster in a private rural setting with an elegant flare.

Our charming and picturesque venue is the perfect location to create unforgettable moments, be it a wedding, anniversary celebration, or any other special occasion. When the building was initially constructed over a century ago, it was designed as a Presbyterian chapel in a completely different location. Dismantled and purchased in 1907; the remaining materials were moved to its current home. Today, it has a capacity of 120 guests and can comfortably host both intimate and extravagant celebrations.
