I had asked for referrals from a vendor, and he suggested Charlene, and she quickly requested a consultation. As soon as we hired her, she jumped into action asking for all my contracts and information I had since I already did most of the things. Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful! Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. I had an idea of everything I wanted, but gave her and assistants freedom to change anything they saw fit. Charlene, and her assistants Megan and Rene brought all my ideas to life better than I imagined! I was very happy with their service and their friendly/positive vibes. They were very quick with timings and helped me with everything, that I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I wish I had hired Charlene from the beginning, but things happen for a reason! I had received a floral arrangement from Fleur de Lis before we got engaged and I had noted how beautiful and elevated it was, so when it was time to look at wedding florists, Lana (the owner) was the first one we called. Our consultation went so well - I was not 100% sure what I wanted, but showed some Pinterest inspiration and Lana asked all the right questions and showed us options on tabletop decor, flowers for the arrangements and bouquets/boutonnieres. We left feeling so confident and excited to receive the proposal - which we received super quick and signed immediately - we were so impressed with all of the details and pricing was very in line with what we were hoping for (we got married during Christmas time and the club was already going to be heavily decorated, so we didn't need as much as a bare venue would ). Some wedding florists in the area won't even talk with you unless you can meet a high $ minimum - Lana is not that way. She and her awesome team will provide the best service and the highest quality product for every single customer - which says a lot! On to wedding day... through all of our interactions, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of - which was an amazing weight off my chest! The team showed up and set everything up well before it needed to be, and when we got our bouquets, I wanted to cry happy tears - they were PERFECT and everything that I had hoped they would be. The flowers were stunning, fresh, and such high quality. Everything was arranged and put together so well and they lasted and stayed beautiful all day. The boutonnieres, grandmother's corsage, and mother's mini bouquets were also perfection. During the cocktail hour we did a first look at the reception area and again, it was perfect. Tabletop decor, florals, candles, votives, etc. was everything we discussed and more. We could not have been happier to have Fleur de Lis as our florist on our wedding day - Lana and her team truly deliver, and we SO appreciate everything they did to make our day beautiful and special - THANK YOU!

Camp Hidden Valley was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend! We were able to snag a June weekend for our wedding and it provided an incredible experience for us and our guests. The venue isn't too hard to find and as long as you communicate well with your guests the check in and check out our easy. There are multiple ceremony locations which is great since you never know what the weather in Maryland will do on a given weekend. The venue crew is easy to work with and were able to accommodate multiple pre-wedding day visits so we could get all of our ducks in a row. Extra shout out to Lindsay for being super on top of communications and overall a huge help!

We could not be happier with our choice of hosting our wedding at Maryland Golf and Country Club! From the first email inquiry, Rachel was great to work with and extremely helpful - she answered the billion questions we had and was so friendly to work with. Her staff exceeded our expectations the day of - professional, kind, and made the wedding run smoothly. The banquet/ballroom had just gone through renovations before our wedding which made the space even more gorgeous and nothing can beat the view of the golf course and mountains (the balcony off of the ballroom was the perfect escape for a break)! We were lucky to have had great weather which made those outdoor pictures on the course so special. They also hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before - food for both nights was great. When we came to tour the Cloisters, we knew it was exactly where we wanted to have it. The building itself is amazing, and was exactly what we wanted for the vibe of our wedding. The management was a bit hard to work with, and it was a challenge to work around their assigned schedule. We were only allowed 5 event hours, and 3 hours for setup, and another hour for cleanup. It'd have been much better to get another few hours through the day.

We initially chose Copper Kitchen based on past experiences at friends and family members weddings- and very quickly realized it was the best choice! Ashley was wonderful to work with- always professional, welcoming, and willing to answer a million questions. Our menu testing was fun & personalized (they thought of every detail- even putting one of our engagement photos up on the screen). Ashley helped with food suggestions, picking out our linens and tableware, the floor plan, adjusting to a new cocktail location, and revised our quote every time I changed my mind! On the day of- Ashley & the Copper Kitchen staff set up everything, made sure everyone was taken care of at all times (even brought us hors d'oeuvres while we took photos outside) and the food was INCREDIBLE. The entire staff was so fun, personable, attentive, and professional - we felt like they were family & friends there to celebrate with us!
