This Italian Revival Villa features a large indoor event space, bar, 4 balconies, a pa bridal suite, 8 bedrooms and a large lawn to accommodate events with up to 300 guests. The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

Our beautiful historical building is located in the Millwork Historical District in Dubuque, Ia. We are the oldest city in the State of Iowa. We offer two different ballrooms. Our smaller one, the Junior, holds up to 175 for a ceremony & 125 for a reception. Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 450 guests. I have attached a menu for your reference on packages, pricing, and menu choices. At Best Western Plus, we will do all the day of for you. Teamed up with our professional catering team, set up staff, and your personal marketing/sales team, we will make sure your day is as magical as it should be. Grace Lutheran Church was organized on February 2, 1888, with 18 charter members. It was notable for being the first “English” church, with services in English rather than Swedish, in the Augustana Synod. Connections to Augustana College were strong, and services were held at Augustana’s chapel in the early years of the church.

The Buchanan House Mansion built in 1883 is now placed on the rolling his of the Buchanan House Winery and Vineyard. In 2009, the mansion was scheduled to be demolished. The Weaver Family of Tipton, sad to see it go, purchased the mansion and later moved it 7 miles to its new location. Now the mansion is the perfect place to host a small event for up to 40 guests. The 19-acre vineyard and garden make a beautiful place to host an outdoor ceremony and reception. All of our wine is made in the basement of the mansion and tasting room. Host an event at Buchanan House and have the choice of 30+ red, white, bubbly, sparkling, and port-style wines.
