The Port Watson Mini-Conference Center is the premier venue for gatherings in the Cortland area. Located just minutes from historic downtown Cortland this family-owned business is centrally located between Syracuse, Ithaca, and Binghamton. Three indoor event spaces are available for rent, suitable to host anything from small intimate gatherings to large weddings of up to 100 guests. Our newest addition, the pavilion, is our outdoor venue perfect for weddings looking to take advantage of the warmer weather. The Orchards barn is set in picturesque Jamesville, New York - located just 10 miles south of downtown Syracuse, New York. The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.
