New to the venue market, Grove Indian Pass is a home built in the 1920s for the governor of Alabama. Another family bought it, and the house remained a private residence until 2021, when it was sold and converted into a vacation rental. This property boasts 5 acres with 200' of water on each side. The dockside faces the Lagoon and the back of the house, while the gulf side has 200' of pristine sand and uninterrupted views of the beach. The property can sleep 28 for your special day with 3 separate houses, a game and pool room, as well as a courtyard. There are so many fabulous areas, come check us out yourself!

Rosie Creek Farms is a privately owned and operated 60 acre Horse & Hay farm located in Panama City, Florida. Owners, Wendy & Ray Adams began offering their farm as a charming barn wedding & reception venue due to many requests over the years. The Wedding Barn, built in 2017, was designed with vintage farmhouse flair, yet has a slight touch of southern rustic.
