The Grand Ocean Terrace is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views of the ocean that made for the perfect backdrop to our reception. Parent of the bride—we leased entire rooftop & everything was excellent, & staff was easy to work with. There were issues with the QR scans to retrieve vehicles from valet parking. Additionally, the hotel staff used all elevators to transport chairs, DJ equipment, etc. It appeared there was not an elevator specifically for services of the hotel. Overall the wedding & rehearsal dinner was great, & wedding was beautiful.
