When my husband and I were looking for wedding venues, we were very specify on what we wanted. We really wanted something outdoors for the ceremony and a beautiful reception hall that did not give off that "Ballroom" look. We hated chandeliers and let me tell you, it was difficult to find a venue in NJ without a chandelier. When we first toured Blue Heron Pines, we instantly fell in love. We immediately knew that this was the spot we wanted to get married in. It was exactly what we wanted but the only hesitation we had was that our family lived about an hour away from it. After going back an forth about it, we decided to book it and that was the best decision we have ever made. It turns out that the people that truly love you will make that trip for you because everyone on our guest list came to our wedding! All the employees at Blue Heron were extremely helpful and super nice. Sarah and Tara are amazing at keeping the bride calm throughout the whole process, from booking the venue, down to the day after the wedding. Our wedding day was perfect, thanks to Blue Heron Pines and their amazing staff. I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Blue Heron. They will definitely not disappoint!

The Claridge Hotel was the perfect venue to celebrate my wedding! The Claridge is elegant and full of charm. The staff at the Claridge went above and beyond! Jeff did a remarkable job! He was very helpful, accommodating, and was communicative, answering every question I had promptly. He was there for me every step of the way from the tour of the Claridge to my wedding day. Lance, the banquet manager, was phenomenal! He worked tirelessly the day of my wedding, ensuring that everything was in place and ran smoothly. He was so kind in helping me envision and bring about the wedding reception of my dreams, and also kept me organized by helping me create a timeline for the day of my wedding. Curtis did a fantastic job handling guest room bookings! He stayed in communication with me until the day of my wedding, accommodating requests with ease. The bridal assistant was amazing! She constantly checked on me and my husband and brought us whatever we needed. The waitstaff and bartenders at the Claridge provided outstanding service. It made me so happy to hear from so many of our wedding guests that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended. I am forever grateful for the memorable experience, it was truly the best day of my life!

We just had our wedding here and it was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. The owner was accommodating of all my needs and responded quickly throughout our process leading up to the wedding. The ceremony and reception was decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. I felt like a princess on my day, as the entire staff was eager to make sure my day was perfect, AND IT WAS! The DJ was booked through the venue as well and absolutely killed it. If you are looking for a wedding for your family and friends and you don’t want to break the bank doing so, this is your spot. We had the best day of our lives and wouldn’t have had it any other way. If you’re thinking about booking The Atlantis Ballroom as your venue, DO IT!!!! I literally cannot recommend them enough. LONG story short, we were two days away from our wedding and got a call our venue could no longer accommodate us. Realizing we had no time to panic and had to figure something out, my (now) husband suggested that we check out the Atlantis Ballroom because he’s been to several events there and they had always been nice. Not only were they able to make an entire wedding happen in just TWO DAYS notice, but they went above and beyond! Everyone we dealt with was so friendly. The food was AMAZING. Our cake was so cute! Literally everything was better than perfection. They had a huge supply of decorations/colors/etc. that we were able to pick for them to use to decorate the ballroom and for the cocktail hour. They also used some of our own stuff at our request since I already worked so hard on it. They were able to accommodate every single person who had a dietary restriction (keto, GF, allergies). We got married 3 months ago and every time I see anyone that was at our wedding, they rave about how it was the best and most fun wedding they ever went to! We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Jen and everyone else at The Atlantis Ballroom. There’s no way you’ll be disappointed in your choice by going with The Atlantis Ballroom for any of your events! I know I’ll definitely host any of my events there and I recommend to everyone I know. We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and welcome party here on a Saturday night in June of 2024 and I would book this again and again if I could! We had around 35 people for the dinner which was hosted in a semi-private area downstairs. We had salads, appetizers and then three options for meals and every option was delicious!! We then head upstairs where we hosted a welcome party for about 100 guests and the Hors d'oeuvres food served buffet style upstairs was just as good as the plated dinner we had downstairs. The dessert was also amazing!! Everyone was raving about the location and the staff helping to work the bar were so friendly. The venue was BYOB and they made it easy to drop off the alcohol ahead of time and kept it cold and restocked constantly. Everyone was so great to work with and they customized everything exactly how we wanted it. I truly can't recommend Spiaggetta enough!! We loved the food so much we went back for dinner a few days later while we staying in Stone Harbor for a few days. The location also can't be beat it is right across the street from the Reeds and within walking distance from everything in Stone Harbor!

The bridal suite is also incredible and the natural light that gets in is stunning -- it really made for the excellent photos. In addition to the pure elegance of the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, the customer service was top-notch. Beth and Paula were very responsive, attentive, and were really helpful through the whole process. They made everything so easy for my husband and I the day of the wedding. We could not be more happy with our decision to have our wedding at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, and could not recommend it enough as a place to have yours!

My partner and I were recently married end of 2023 at The Madison and it was everything we hoped our wedding day would be and more! There is a saying that goes “people may not remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel”. I suppose that is a perfect place to start. From the moment we stepped into the The Madison for our initial tour, wedding coordinator Thomas made us not only feel completely comfortable but also that he was just as excited as we were to plan our wedding. His energy and passion made us confident that we not only had found the venue we desired, but the staff as well. Through months of planning he was 100% on top of every detail. There was no stone left unturned as he helped guide us to creating the wedding of our dreams. On the actual wedding day, Thomas and the staff at The Madison collaborated so seamlessly with all of our vendors. Everyone was completely in tune with our vision and made sure the execution was perfect. Our bartenders and the wait staff were 100% on point the entire night and all of our guests complimented how well the service and food was! As for the atmosphere of the venue itself – absolutely stunning! We were married outdoor by the fireplace shortly after sunset. Words cannot give justice to how breathtaking this backdrop was and it was the most romantic setting to exchange our vows. We would strongly recommend reviewing some of the pictures on their Instagram account so you can see how truly beautiful this space is. We were concerned about the cold since we did get married in the heart of winter, but there were ample heaters aligned around the seats so our guests remained comfortable and the fireplace by our side kept us warm through the entire ceremony. We cannot thank The Madison enough for making sure our wedding day was perfect!

Windows on the Water at Frogbridge recently received a complete top-to-bottom interior and exterior redesign and renovation, including a separate his and hers bridal suite.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge last month (May of 2024) and the team went above and beyond at the wedding. We wanted somewhere with natural beauty rather than somewhere over the top(with both indoor and outdoor spaces), lots of trees for shade, and great service and food. In August 2023, I met with Jim with my future sister in law whose kids go to the summer camp (a very fancy one lol) who gave me a tour of the Frogbridge grounds and I immediately fell in love and knew that it was the place for us. When I reached out a few days later to discuss dates and tour with my husband, they told me the space would be ours for the entire day which is so unlike many venues that have multiple weddings in one day. Also, all pricing is visible online so there were no surprises there. Another thing that made this choice more affordable was we were able to work with a local vendor for alcohol. The vendor returned all unopened cans/bottles after our wedding so we were only charged for what was used. In the winter we did a tasting which we could bring 4 more guests to. This was the only thing we were hesitant about because we booked before tasting the food. The experience was super easy and fun- we were able to taste most of the menu offerings and make our selections with our friends. We’re so happy we took a chance because the food, especially the day of the wedding, was amazing! On our wedding day, WOTW Coordinator, Colleen, made everything so easy- from making sure staff was at our beck and call (my wedding party and immediate family were seriously blown away), making sure our decor was perfect, and organizing on the fly when it was officially raining for the whole day (we weren’t even disappointed when Colleen reassured us and proved to us that everything would be perfect). She was awesome and we loved working with her! not only did the staff cater to us, the bride and groom - but they really made everyone in our wedding party, our families, and friends feel like they were receiving the best service. Our friends and family raved about the food and how beautiful the venue was. They loved sitting in the tent looking at the beautiful lake. We highly recommend this venue!

The Moshulu was the first venue we looked at and we instantly fell in love and knew it was where we wanted to host our wedding reception. First, the ship is absolutely stunning and we knew it would give such a unique experience to our guests. Because it has such charm and character, we were able to focus on key details like centerpieces and signage rather than needing to worry about dressing a blank space! But more importantly, we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding because of how well we were treated by the Moshulu staff during every single interaction from our first tour until the big day! Jake was the absolute best to work with through everything! We found many other venues stick to a “cookie cutter” approach or up charge for every little thing… but as a vendor, the Moshulu was so incredibly flexible, collaborative, and accommodating with their wedding package to truly make it OUR day. It was such a pleasure to collaborate (and we really do mean collaborate!) with Jake and team on our vision, and our guests commented on the beauty of the ship all night long! We would highly recommend anyone host their event at the Moshulu!

I highly recommend the Curtis Atrium if you want to have a grand and luxurious wedding experience. The entire building is stunning, and the food by Constellation Culinary was excellent! The staff was friendly and easy to work with; they also went above and beyond to find accommodations for special requests. All of our wedding guests RAVED about the food and the venue. I can't thank the Constellation team enough for making my night so special.

Located in the Avenue of the Arts District, blocks from City Hall and the Convention Center, the Arts Ballroom is a hidden gem amongst Philadelphia’s most distinguished institutions dedicated to arts, culture, education, and entertainment.

Arts Ballroom is fantastic. Lovely communicative team, beautiful space in a 1920s buildings but the ballroom was renovated in early 2000s to make it purpose made for excellent event flows. We had our ceremony and reception there. The food was absolutely amazing. People are still talking about the incredible dessert room especially. The layout is perfect because it allows folks to dance or drink or just talk in a quieter nook. The location is perfect too. It's at Broad and Locust and we used the DoubleTree (1 min walk) and Fairfield Inn (3 min walk) which are great quality but affordable options with plenty of rooms. The next morning we did a farewell breakfast at Estia which I also highly recommend! Great food and only 2 min walk across Broad Street to get there.

Immediately after walking into Lilah for the first time we knew it was the right space for us. The space is both cozy and modern, the food in incredible, the bar staff and servers went above and beyond for us. We had an absolutely perfect night! The team was helpful throughout the entire process and made us feel special despite juggling multiple events during our wedding week. They even packed up leftovers for us to take home. We know many couples don't get to enjoy their wedding food on their wedding day but we absolutely did. Perfect venue choice!
