I am a native of the south (I grew up in Alabama) and I moved to Kansas City in 2012. I studied photography at Austin Peay University and started W the Studio in 2009 (which is the same year that my “tinybff” Luke was born). I met my very amazing husband, Josh, online (so no judgement here if you’ve found the love of your life on the www).

We are a team of photographers, videographers, and event planners serving the state of Missouri! We specialize in capturing the genuine moments of authentic joy in each wedding we are a part of. I grew up in a divided home, literally. Splitting time between my parents after their divorce, often being in the middle of their fighting, made me grow into a very empathetic person.
