Newly painted white March 2024! Happily accommodating 200 guests, we have two dressing suites, a full kitchen, a dedicated ceremony room, plenty of bathrooms and air conditioning throughout. There is ample of parking for all of your guests and staff will be on site for the duration of your event. The English Country Barn offers several flexible space choices to make the wedding of your dreams come to life! A huge covered chapel seating up to 200 guests giving you even more choice for your ceremony. In addition we have a stunning outdoor fireplace, a beautiful fountain and hand crafted outdoor bar all on our adjacent patio, the perfect spot for cocktail hour. We also boast 3 houses onsite available for wedding party or out of town guests.

I have worked many events at this venue and would give 10 stars! The owners are fantastic to work with, they take great care of the venue. The venue has many outdoor ceremony options, a ton of restrooms, onsite accommodations, honeymoon cottage, two level reception area. More whistles and bells than all other venues. Highly recommend this venue to my couples!

My husband and I were married at Amelia Grove and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue. The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

My husband and I got married at the Farm at 95 in September 2023. The venue was amazing and our wedding turned out so beautiful! We worked with Rachel as our coordinator and we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. It was a perfect day at The Farm!

The unique and historic Assembly Building, with its beautiful island setting, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is located on the sound front at Topsail Beach, NC and owned and operated by the Historical Society of Topsail Island. This historic building with a capacity of 250 people provides a perfect setting for any occasion!

The Historical Society of Topsail Island was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication throughout the planning process was efficient and effective, making the logistics easy to coordinate. The venue itself was spacious, versatile, and had a wonderful historic charm that our guests really enjoyed exploring during the cocktail hour. We were able to utilize the museum space to allow our guests to mingle and learn more about why we chose this unique location. The views from the venue were breathtaking, and the setup inside the building made it easy to have our food and bar service seamlessly integrated into the event. We had an amazing experience using the Historical Society, and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, historic, and well-run wedding venue.
