Grand Royale Events Center is a family-owned and ran venue located in metro Atlanta in the beautiful city of Decatur. We were established in the Fall of 2015 and have since successfully hosted several events. Located at 3687 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, this incredible home is a great venue for a movie or TV set or special events. While the interior of the property doesn’t reflect the layout of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, it does contain a few replicas. There is an Oval Office, with a desk similar to the President and a replica of Lincoln’s bedroom, with a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation on the wall. However, there are some major differences, including a large swimming pool at the back of the property.

The Golden Door Event Hall is conveniently located outside the city of Atlanta off of Interstate 20. The ballroom can hold a maximum of 150 guests banquet style. The ballrooms are a blank canvas so you can decorate to your liking with no restrictions. We offer both ceremony and reception space.

Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.
