Nestled in the South East corner of Minnesota, neighboring Wisconsin and Iowa, located right off of I-90, and only a five minute drive from Downtown La Crosse, your big day will be accessible and convenient for both local and out of town guests. With the Best Western Plus Hotel and Swing Bridge Pub onsite and plenty of free parking, you and your guests will enjoy the true convenience of a one-stop-shop experience! A few unique accommodations that we offer: the convenience of a one-stop-shop for a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, getting ready room the day of for the bride, gift opening room and a discounted Room Block at the Best Western Plus Hotel, for your guests to stay the night without having to drive. Additionally, we offer a complimentary suite the night of your wedding for the two of you, access to a public park as well as our spacious outdoor patio. We have a gorgeous space for an indoor ceremony and a large Ballroom for your reception that can hold up to 350 guests.

A "one-stop-shop" stress-free experience with excellent service is what we offer. Our beautiful Ballroom holds up to 300 guests. We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.

Our High Country venue boasts over 18,000 square feet of space, offering the ability to accommodate any large-scale event you can dream up. For indoor events, there is space for up to 1,000 seated guests. The Crescent is an elegant venue that offers over 11,000 square feet and has the ability to easily accommodate up to 550 seated guests. The space was thoughtfully designed with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, exquisite lighting fixtures, and top-of-the-line finishes. The two on-site hospitality suites provide the perfect location for board meetings, breakout sessions, or just a moment of peace and quiet to regroup.
