WE OFFER A CLASSIC, VERSATILE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, and LOW STRESS VENUE. My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. Magnolia Farm offers you the chance to create your dream wedding throughout our 40 acres of rolling hill farmland! We also have the oldest house in the valley right on our property, which is a pre civil-war home! Magnolia Farm offers three event spaces and 2 outdoor ceremony options for you to choose from, giving your guests' room to roam and enjoy both indoor and outdoor views, as well as an option for you and up to 22 guests to stay onsite for your wedding weekend. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special! Magnolia Farm strives to make your day as low-key and stress free as possible, that is why our coordinator package is included in your wedding price! Located just outside Franklin in College Grove, Battle Mountain Farm is 234 acres of breathtaking views and rolling hills. We offer an amazing 4,000 square foot climate-controlled Event Barn, Historic Farmhouse with an upstairs apartment, Horse Barn, Gazebo, Log Cabin, and Guest House as well as beautiful grounds with lake views. A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch.
