Historic mansion, river vistas and forever fields, the world of Brittland personifies an old world luxury elegance in a rural setting. This secluded mansion has a garden, pool, wildlife pond, 530 riverside acres, and woodside fields. A waterfront cottage perfectly compliments the 530 acre Brittland Manor estate. It offers a rustic riverside setting for ceremony and/or a rehearsal dinner.

Historic Poole Forge is a 26-acre site with a preserved historic Ironmaster’s mansion, children’s playground, picnic pavilion, ball field, Nature Trail, Riparian Buffers, wildflower meadows, many beautiful gardens and a covered bridge along the Conestoga River in Eastern Lancaster County. We currently host a wide range of free public events, recreational and educational experiences. We restored our 1770’s Ironmaster’s mansion that serves as a heritage/community center and also a venue for private and public celebrations. We have also expanded our environmental and educational programs and opportunities for both children and adults while continuing our preservation of the Conestoga Creek, historic iron forge and grounds.

Inspired by the majestic tree that stands tall over the field behind our large ballroom, The Willows is an enchanted venue not to be missed. The twisting branches and dancing leaves of the curly willow that is our namesake capture the breeze that sweeps over the surrounding hills of Lancaster County. Tucked away in the rolling fields, you can host a cozy intimate party or a large celebration in our charmed space full of roaring fireplaces and lofty ceilings. Brittland Estates embraces a collection of heritage properties located in the historic Chestertown area of Maryland's Eastern Shore. Its distinctive properties are rich with history, expansive settings from fields to rivers, and a rural sophistication. Each property is an ideal venue for weddings, small retreats and meetings, reunions, and get-a-ways. Stepne Manor is a marvelous property. Boasting a front porch that looks out onto the expansive lawns, there is a cultivated sophistication to the building’s exterior. After you have been joined in matrimony at your outdoor ceremony, make your way indoors to delight at the interiors. Here, there is a great deal to appreciate. Stepne Manor’s dining room provides space for you and your guests to sit and eat, while the kitchen affords any hired culinary staff with an ideal preparation base. The great room, den, and sun porch provide ample room for everyone to kick back, relax, and enjoy the festivities.

Miniwed provides an intimate and elegant setting for religious weddings. The chapel's beautiful architecture and serene ambiance create a romantic atmosphere, ensuring a memorable and meaningful celebration for couples and their guests.

Great Oak Manor sits on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The Georgian Mansion has twelve large guest rooms and a Carriage House. Because we are on the Bay, most weddings are waterfront on our expansive lawn with tented receptions. Smaller weddings and receptions might be held in our Conservatory.

The Bel Air Armory is warm and inviting, ideal for celebrating your special day among friends and family. This castle-style building features detailed stonework and turrets, making it an ideal backdrop for any wedding portraits you wish to take. You can even use the Park area of the Armory to hold an intimate ceremony, exchanging your vows against this lovely stonework. Your cocktail reception and dining can take place in the main event hall. This hall features hardwood flooring and generous space that can be used to set up banquet dining for 200 guests with room for dancing. The stage area in the event hall can be used to host your sweethearts table, DJ, or wedding band. This space allows you to play with decor, reinventing it to fit your chosen aesthetic. Bel Air Armory offers the use of tables and chairs included with your rental. In order to fully customize your event, outside vendors are more than welcome.

Our historic Doylestown property is the perfect backdrop to assure your next event goes down in the history books! The beautiful Elkins Gallery, can be booked for intimate gatherings or large groups up to 150 people. A vintage baby grand piano and two fireplaces with mantels flank the intimate space. An adjoining Garden Patio Tent can be included in your rental, offering a beautiful outdoor garden space for a reception, cocktail party, shower, birthday party… or more! An Architectural Dream Wedding. With seating for up to 300 guests, this castle/museum and outdoor garden oasis will surpass your royal dreams! Outdoor ceremony area, gorgeous clear-top tent, indoor cocktail area, and more! Built between 1908 and 1912, Fonthill was the home of Henry Chapman Mercer. Archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramist, scholar and antiquarian, Mercer built Fonthill both as his home and as a showplace for his collection of tiles and prints. The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles. Your guests will be amazed when they enter the tree-lined grounds and visit this amazing castle.
