Ever​ything's Harvest Cupcakery.....previously known as "Miranda's Coffee Call"..got it's start in 2007. A ​one woman bakery in its' grassroots phase was a huge challenge. At the time, cupcakes were beginning to be hot on the market...and I thought, well... I need a hobby anyway. So, I gave it a shot. My very first cupcake was the Pumpkin Spice Cupcake. This made sense as it was seasonal and the fall was my absolute favorite time of the year and still is... (hence the company name... "Everything's Harvest"). I worked in an office building as a recruiter with other companies in the same location.
