After a lot of life altering events, I decided to continue what we started. With the help of close friends and family, we completed Lynn’s Landing in late 2019. We still have lots of garden dreams to complete, and I know we will always add and change as time goes on. As a photographer, I’m always looking for beautiful gardens to take portraits in. Now I have my own. I will expand and fill over several acres in time. My husband and I got married back in October at Lynn's Landing and it was everything we dreamed of. The venue along with the surrounding landscapes is absolutely gorgeous. All of the plants, flowers, and trees were just blooming. You can tell that the owner, Kim, puts a lot of hard work into her place. Kim was so easy to work with, she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. You can tell she strongly believes in love and a happily ever after, which is most likely why she created Lynn's Landing. She cares so much about you having the perfect wedding, maybe even more than you do. I highly recommend Lynn's Landing for your wedding, your imagination can run wild out there and you can decorate it any way you like.

I've loved every event I've attended at Comeback Coffee. From the indoor coziness to the outdoor porch, its such fun space for friends to gather. I got to be a part of an outdoor photo exhibit there, which was beautiful! More recently I hosted my best friend's birthday party there. The comeback team was accommodating, communicative, and so helpful. I love the location (that its right downtown) but the parking is so easy! Everyone loved how beautiful the space was (which needed no decorating cause its just so cool the way they have it!) We don't have any venues in town quite like Comeback! Highly recommend the space.

The venue space is so nice and attractive. We loved the exposed brick and dark hardwood floors. Plus, they have really nice chiavari chairs (not folding plastic ones like other venues)! Eric Turner met with us well in advance, gave us a tour, and answered all of our questions about fees, coordination, etc. Eric was easy to communicate with and always promptly responded by text. Eric also introduced us to Dinetta Hayes who helped setup the decorations and day of coordinating. We gave her a general aesthetic idea and ran with it and made life so easy for our wedding. The decor was perfect with Dinetta's help, and she made sure the actual wedding day ran smoothly. She also separately met with us at the venue and was very responsive by text. She took great notes and nailed everything to perfection. Our day went off without a hitch, and we had such a fun time at our wedding. Eric and Dinetta welcomed us in with open arms and made our day feel special. You absolutely cannot beat the service you'll get at the rental price and fees at the Avenue. Don't look anywhere. Our historic building is the ideal location to host our wedding, with its immaculate marble, intricate stonework and Grecian columns deliver romance. The CRC provides the perfect ambiance for events of all types and sizes, no matter how formal or informal. The building was constructed from 1919-1921, as a home for Mr. C. R. Boyce, a successful Memphis cotton buyer. The interior beauty includes a marvelous mixture of form and detail in various cornices, moldings and trim. The home was a residence until 1979, when it was renovated as offices for a local company. In 1991, the Junior League of Memphis purchased the property, which is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
