After working in the food industry for years, I got fed up with the low quality of food and service that was being offered in the west Michigan area. I wanted to be able to provide creative and unique foods that are locally sourced and created from fresh ingredients from local farms and business. When she realized how much time corporate America was keeping her from her 3-year-old daughter, she decided that she did not want to return. This came just 2 short months after launching Say Cheese GR, which completely exceeded her expectations.
