Their little family comprises of their energetic two-year-old, Addie Mae, and their Boykin Spaniel, Georgia. Blake hails from Estill Springs, while Emily is from Douglasville, Georgia. After tying the knot in 2019, they made the leap from Manchester to their dream farm on the Lynchburg-Winchester border in 2020. With a sprinkle of business magic and a pinch of passion for hospitality, The Cabins were born in May 2021, welcoming guests from around the globe to their slice of paradise. Now, with The Barn adding the final touch, their dream has blossomed into reality! The Culpeppers are immensely thankful for the support received through cabin rentals, weddings, and events. Their goal is to ensure a remarkable experience for all who journey through their doors.

Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
