“to start off, I scheduled my trial and told them in advance that I had somewhere to be that afternoon. my appointment was changed to a later time randomly, and I had to let them know that I needed the original earlier appointment because I had something to do that afternoon. I arrived at my trial appointment early but my appointment did not start until roughly 30-45 minutes after our scheduled time. this caused me to be late for my other event that afternoon. I was frustrated, but my make up and hair did look beautiful! jump to my wedding day, I was told that the hair and make up team would be there earlier than our scheduled time to set up their equipment, so I made accommodations and made sure my bridesmaids and myself were all ready very early. but about 15 minutes after the actual time that they were scheduled to be there, I had to call to see where they were. they had “stopped for Starbucks and we’re running late”… this made the hair make up process feel a bit stressful and rushed. while my hair and make up turned out beautiful, one of my bridesmaids was not happy with her make up and the stylist said that they would fix it, but there ended up not being enough time and we were all rushing out the door to get to the wedding. besides the one bridesmaid’s make up, we were all very happy with our hair and make up! We all looked so beautiful, I just wish there would’ve been a little bit more communication and professionalism.”
