I have coordinated over 25 weddings at Legacy at Oak Meadows over the last few years, and I can confidently say it is one of the most professional, well run venues I have the pleasure of working with. From the moment you arrive on property, you can feel the care and intention behind every detail. The team is organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in making each couple’s day seamless not only for the clients, but for every vendor involved. That level of professionalism makes an enormous difference when it comes to executing a smooth, stress free wedding day. What truly sets Legacy at Oak Meadows apart is their consistency. Every event is handled with the same high standard of service, thoughtful coordination, and calm problem solving when the unexpected arises. As a planner, I deeply appreciate how collaborative and supportive their staff is throughout the entire process. Load in is efficient, timelines run smoothly, and the environment they create allows couples and vendors alike to focus on celebrating instead of stressing. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly versatile for a wide range of wedding styles. My couples consistently leave happy, relaxed, and full of compliments about their experience. I always look forward to returning because I know the day will be organized, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Enjoy the photos attached of a few of our recent weddings at Legacy at Oak Meadows. Deercreek Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! Their communication throughout the planning process was wonderful - they were very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The quality of their work and overall value was exceptional. The food was amazing, with the steak chimichurri and chicken marsala both being excellent. The venue itself was also incredibly clean, organized, and beautifully maintained. Truly such a good experience from start to finish. The food, staff, scenery, and overall experience was amazing. I cannot recommend Deercreek more highly! I included some pictures we got at the main reception area, and some pictures my husband and I got on the golf course!
