“You would be the smartest and luckiest couple to book with Adeline Farms. Muriel, Jenny, Lisa, Simone, Gino, Tija, and the entire team made our wedding the most spectacular night of our lives. Muriel and Lisa are an absolute dream team and will take the best care of you during the entire planning process! The night itself was MAGICAL and you can immediately see how much time and effort the Adeline team put into the entire venue. Every detail is stunning and Muriel is a design queen/coordinating fairy godmother. We can’t thank Jenny enough for walking on stilts for hours to hang all of the star decorations! It truly looked like something out of a dream. You really get treated like royalty and Muriel and her team make sure everything runs perfectly smooth. There’s thought and guidance in everything. You just stumble around all night having the time of your life while the Adeline staff takes the utmost care of you. I won’t give away the details because you’ll just have to book them and experience the luxury yourselves! Thank you so so much Muriel, Jenny, Lisa, and company! The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

“This space is beautiful! We are so happy we booked this for our wedding venue. Jason is so laid back and easy to work with. A lot of venues are very strict and have so many hoops to jump through, but we just got to come in and do our own thing. We got the space Friday-Sunday and for such a good price! I love the brick and hardwood floors in the ballroom, and the black and white checkered floors in the clubhouse. We utilized all the room and the rooftop! This is definitely a great venue to choose if you are on the fence about it! The only thing I was a little worried about was parking, but it ended up being okay!”

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!
