We are a family owned venue that is located within miles of Olympia, WA. Capitol City Barn is a new 4,600 sq. ft. barn that offers an indoor/outdoor experience; a space for the wedding party to prepare; a warming kitchen for caterers; beautiful outdoor patios, gardens and a stone alter, plus many more amenities. Their vision is respected and encouraged- we are just there to make their dreams come true! This also allows for each couple to express their style and allows us to fit in where needed. We allow our clients to chose their journey! We have great vendor recommendations, but do not require they use specific ones. I have always loved filmmaking! Yep, in school I was the nerd running around with a video camera in my hand everywhere I went. While the jocks and cheerleaders were doing what they do, I was the one editing their videos for the broadcast journalism class. I had no idea I would love creating wedding films until I actually fell in love myself. The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

The Kodiak Room is a gorgeous historical wedding venue based in Tenino, WA. Located about a twenty-minute drive from Olympia, this beautiful event space is conveniently situated between Seattle and Portland. Owner Jade Johnson has always been passionate about hosting events for loved ones. Now, Jade brings this passion to those looking to make lifelong memories at The Kodiak Room. Built over a century ago, this stunning sandstone building provides a rustic setting for your wedding celebrations.

Lake Lawrence Community was once called “Edwards Pavilion” was established in 1923 by Louie Armstrong and Amber Reichel. All logs to build the lodge were felled from off the lake property itself and the fireplace was erected by Frank Noreen from Deschutes Falls. It took about one year to completed the building. This became an extension of Edwards Resort, a fishing a recreational getaway, here on Lake Lawrence. Afterwards many dances were held in the building. In 1973 the over 50-year-old resort closed, and the camping era came to an end. The resort property is now enjoyed by many private property homeowners. The playground, swimming area, and Edwards Pavilion became part of the Lake Lawrence Community Club, which still maintains these facilities for the benefit of their members. The lodge is also available to the community at large for all types of events to include weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions, and any other event.

Built in the 1940’s, this historic New England Style Bank Barn offers a unique and elegant backdrop for your wedding. The spacious 6,000 square foot chandelier-lit interior offers two floors of entertainment area with peek a boo mountain views and deck overlooking the farm.
