Growing up I was very involved in the arts, but fear of other’s opinions and failure halted my pursuit. In college I studied art history instead of creating my own art. Lol, I guess that was safer. I was depressed and in a career that depleted me when I first picked up a camera in 2011. I was rolling on luck and intuition that I understood weddings as I had been a groomsmen 15 times and a best man 6 of those (currently at 18 and 8!). Holy Smokes, I guess it’s worked out, and I couldn’t be more fulfilled vocationally.

Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking Nashville's downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of the administrative building of what used to be Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we offer an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you will also have access to our catering kitchen and bar.
