I'm a born-and-raised Missourian (where did you go to high school?) and a mom to our four-year-old little boy, a baby girl, and one boxer/pit mix named Grizzly. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, but we've known each other since Kindergarten! Before I started working with flowers I went to the Conservatory of Music in Kansas City to study voice. After having our son, I found that I needed a creative outlet and started working with flowers during his nap time and in the evenings. You may be wondering by now about the unusual spelling of the company name. It is not a typo – in fact, my grandpa used to call me “the rose among thorns.” When I opened my first email account, I wanted to honor that, but the correct spelling was taken.
