Owning a venue is just an extension of what she already loves doing. In May of 2014, she and her husband rented this cute space to host a graduation party for their son and his friends. She walked into the same space in January of 2017 and struck up a conversation with the store owner who revealed that she would be moving. The seed that was planted then has sprouted into the venue it is today. This little space is the perfect spot for your private event. You can customize your wedding package with linens, chair covers, centerpieces, drapery & more. Cuisine: The on-site kitchen provides food for every event, along with bar service. There are buffet, family style & plated options along with menu additions & beverage packages!

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
