Our design studio is located on our farm in central Massachusetts. We are passionate about growing and designing with unique blooms and pour our hearts into all aspects of our process from sowing seeds into healthy soil, to harvesting and arranging. Our farm, gardens, and the wild landscape around us lends inspiration and drives our designs to be seasonally conscious, a bit wild, and uniquely curated for each celebration. We strive to employ sustainable practices from start to finish.

Sara, founder of Fern and Fable, brings three years of floral design expertise and a love for vibrant, textured arrangements to Central Massachusetts (she will travel too!). With a knack for floral preservation, she creates unique resin pieces that capture the beauty of blooms. Sara’s style is whimsical and richly colored, blending her passion for flowers with her dedication to crafting meaningful pieces. For over 40 years, Windmill Florist as been known as The Premier Florist of North Central Massachusetts.
