Mark's Good Apples Farm is a former dairy, nestled into the hills of Bloomville, NY, boasting a 1790's farmhouse, post and beam barn, fruiting orchard & lush hay fields. Seven Ponds Farm is a heavenly spot way up in the Catskill mountains, with a dozen ponds and lakes, and pastures as long as the eye can see. Seven Ponds has been designed to host smaller, intimate weddings from 75 guests up to 140 guests with the same magical qualities and attention to detail as our sister farm Blenheim.

Set at the end of this Catskill Mountain Hollow in Roxbury, NY, this 64 acre farm estate is surrounded on 3 sides by 2,000 acres of forever wild land. It is a magical place. With a country house, flower farm and historic dairy barn it is the perfect backdrop to a outdoor wekeend long celebration. When visitors arrive at the property, it’s immediately apparent that this is an exceptional place. The property is ideally situated “off the beaten path" with magnificent views of the Catskill Mountains stretching endlessly to the south, enveloping guests with a feeling of true serenity. Our guests come to relax, celebrate and create memories that last a lifetime.

The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.

Our Hyde Hall Event team is available to assist you in any way to make your memorable day run as smoothly as possible. We can offer suggestions and assistance with event details; from caterers to flowers to music and more.
