The Barn at Bull Run is a newly renovated wedding and event space. Originally built in 1933 as a dairy barn, The Barn at Bull Run was owned by Schwab Dairy until it was purchased by the Presbytery of Peoria as well as the surrounding land in the fall of 1967. The Morton Park District now owns the property and has completely restored and renovated the space into a beautiful wedding venue, complete with a ceremony space, reception space, bridal suite, and grooms suite. The venue can hold a max capacity of 250 people.

Walnut Hall Estate is an all-inclusive wedding venue on 12 acres, offering an indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, separate bridal suite and grooms quarters, an indoor reception hall with a customizable bar package and two separate houses that collectively accommodate you, and up to 24+ of your overnight guests. Plus you get access to the grounds the day before your wedding until the day after your wedding. Sitting only an hour from St. Louis, MO and Springfield, IL. Built in 1867 by French Icarian Adolphe Cambre the three bedroom home boasts original woodwork, floor plan, and windows from the 1860's. Featuring large lawns and a secluded forested area this venue will make you feel like you have stepped back in time to an enchanted farmhouse. Large patio for outside dancing, cute barn for small inside gatherings, and historic farmhouse make the Cambre place a unique can't be missed venue.

The 1950's barn, nestled on the corner of a forty-acre farm on the Indiana/Illinois state line, has been renovated into an event venue that could comfortably seat over 350 people. Some highlights include a foyer that could be driven through, the ballroom boasting five chandeliers, heating/cooling, kitchenettes, changing rooms, restrooms, an outdoor pavilion, numerous outdoor ceremony locations, and grounds with mature trees.

The Old Homestead Event Barn offers you an outdoor wedding ceremony by our farm pond with a pergola and wooden benches. Our farmhouse is used for wedding party staging and our 135 year old barn for your reception. Engelbrecht Farm sits on 8 acres and is located in the heart of farming country. A very unique structural features of the barn is the opening to allow guests to be seated to two levels and both levels can look at the head table for a gallery type feel. The other unique feature is its size. It is the largest actual barn (not modern structure that looks like a barn) within multiple states at 4500 square feet. Adjacent to the barn is the old 4000 square foot feedlot with flower garden and iron pergola. Late in the day makes for a great spot for outdoor games. With the barn comes the recently restored, three bedroom farmhouse originally constructed in the 1890’s. One amazing aspect for the wedding package is it’s a standard three day booking. Families arrive on Friday and check out on Sunday. This gives them time to relax and take the whole experience in. Plus the time is spent making their wedding their own. This is the place for imagination and creativity to really shine.

Pointe D’Vine Vineyard and Venue offers an exclusive outdoor setting for an unforgettable wedding or special event. It’s a beautifully rustic property and home of Rita and Gary Speckhart. The Old Rugged Barn property is extremely versatile and the perfect location for your rustic wedding and reception. On the property, there is a large main barn with a 2000 sq ft main floor and a large loft overlooking the aisle and dance floor. In addition to this main building, a large enclosed pavilion and grain bin gazebo also sit on the property, with multiple pastures surrounding it for either parking purposes or use for event activities. Ceremonies can be held in any of the buildings, or outdoors, so the venue can accommodate and bring to life any of your rustic wedding dreams!

At the Barn at Brophy Creek, we are a family run business on a fourth generation farm. Running along the edge of Brophy Creek, the farm was purchased in the 1950's by my grandfather who immigrated from Germany and worked the farm as a hired man when he was 18 years old. The next generation took over and my dad began farming the land. My husband and I moved into the farmhouse where we raised our 4 beautiful children. I’ve stayed on this acreage my entire life. It is my history. Eventually, my dad retired and the buildings began to deteriorate. I knew we had to save these historic buildings and share them with the community, so we got creative and dreamed up the wedding and event venue that Brophy Creek is today. Luckily, my husband is able to take the dreams and visions I have in my head and make them reality. In 2015 we began dreaming it up, tearing it apart, and rebuilding - we've put our lives into this space.

The former home of cook-your-own-steaks, Old Oaks Steak House, south of Milan, has been transformed into Old Oaks Winery. The rear of the property contains several acres of now-mature vineyards, which are producing the grapes for Old Oaks wine. Our vision has always been to bring a Napa feel back to the Midwest. Old Oaks Winery has a tasting room and event space for more than 200.
