The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. The Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion is named after our dear loved one, Carolyn Varner Baldwin, who unexpectedly passed away in 2008 due to an allergic reaction. We're a family-owned working farm located in New Castle, VA about 20 minutes from Roanoke. We have >100 acres of pristine land that backs up to National Forest land. The back of the farm has a small, rustic barn that has been converted for use as a intimate ceremony and can accommodate several people or a covered area for serving food, cake table, and gifts area. Couples are welcome to hang photos and decorate the barn to their liking. There is ample room for tents to accommodate DJ services, dance floor, caterers, etc. The lower section of the property is meticulously maintained and has a built-in stone grill and a large fire pit that couples are welcome to use. The 1882 Reserve is a countryside barn venue located in northwest Ohio. The rustic charm is enhanced with wooden beams, high ceilings, and open spaces. A private Bridal Ready Room located in a grain bin offers a unique and charming setting for the bridal party to get ready. The interior is designed with a touch of rustic chic, featuring comfortable seating, full-length mirrors, and private bathroom, with ample space for dressing and pre-wedding preparations. The grain bin's circular shape creates an intimate atmosphere. Despite its unconventional location, the Bridal Ready Room in the grain bin ensures privacy and tranquility for the bride and her attendants as they prepare for the big day.

Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farm house with towering giant trees (they are grand old grandpa's and we love them!) The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farm house with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use just to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 16 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

Nestled in the peaceful, rolling farmlands of Charles City, Open Air The Glebe is only 30 minutes from Richmond or Williamsburg. This 10 acre farm features a historic home, scenic tree-lined drive, multiple barns, and a large tented patio. You can have your rehearsal dinner in the Tractor Pavilion, host your wedding reception under our 60'x90' tent, continue celebrating with an after-party--or whatever you like for a day, or for a long weekend. Our philosophy is that a celebration should reflect the vision, the culture, the traditions of each couple, therefore we allow you to hire the vendors that you choose (the day should not reflect our tastes and that of our "preferred list" of vendors/friends). The Events Team of Open Air The Glebe has over 50 combined years working in the event industry, therefore you also get the benefit of all the experience and resources that we have. Whatever you desire, we can make it happen!

The Barn at Jewel Farms was created as an extension of Lake Jewel Farms, a plant nursery and landscaping company in Odessa, FL. Owners Henry and Kristen Arce decided to expand their property and business in 2021, by buying an additional 15 acres of land adjacent to their plant nursery. Their vision was to build a barn as an event center to bring people together for weddings and other special events. We have many other usable event spaces including ceremony locations, a covered patio for cocktail hour, Bridal Suite and The Lounge. Included in all of our venue rentals are a sweetheart table, classic 8 ft. farmhouse tables and matching bench seating. We have an assortment of additional tables for guest book, seating chart, gifts, cake and desserts upon request.

We do not require specific in-house vendors or services, so your wedding is completely yours to customize and allows you to be in control of your budget.
