It is available to be rented out for wedding ceremonies, receptions, photoshoots, showers, parties, & other gatherings. Our barn is geared towards intimate events & micro weddings. Perfect for an event of 50 guests or less. The barn patio is In the back of the barn & is equipped with string lights & a grill for cooking. Chairs and tables are included and we have many optional add-ons to help take the stress out of some of the planning details! It is located directly across from Lake Michigan and sits on 15 acres of land with natural beauty and lush gardens. The Grain Loft is a large open space with floor-to-ceiling windows, remodeled bathrooms and views of the garden. It has exposed ductwork, barn wood beams, soaring ceiling heights and cement floors. The main building also features an outdoor patio, beautiful bar, and kitchen. The second floor serves as additional seating/entertaining area and a private suite.
