We started a bison ranch in 2020 and after a few years of cooking under a tent we decided to upgrade and got our truck. We love providing local, healthy, and delicious food to our community. We are both veterans and after serving came together and started our business.

Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. Established in 2013 in Oregon & Washington, specializing in pop up bars for weddings, private and corporate events. Amy Tidwell is an artist who specializes in custom cookie decorating. Before opening PaisLee’s Sweet Treats she perfected her baking and piping techniques. This solidified her skill sets and fed her passion for eventually creating a business of her own.

Chef Jeff channeled his passions and experience into creating his own business “Madison Farm” and became a personal chef to families. Our talented Chef Jeff continues working in the high cuisine industry across Spokane, CDA, and Sandpoint as he cooks for family events and dinner parties. As we are blessed with a new member of our family, Madison Ava-Rose, we are ecstatic to take our endeavor to the next level in Loon Lake as we continue serving couples embarking on a new adventure, that is, marriage.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!

Handmade Indulgence: All the pies are made with real butter and local fruits from farmers in the Northwest! We strive to have the most beautiful deserts with the taste to match! Our specialty is delicious all-butter crusts which taste as sweet as they look. We take great pride in baking deserts for weddings, corporate events, tea party (birthday parties), coffee & tea shops, and farmers market.
