So, let me talk about the people behind the location. Their team is attentive to both clients and vendors. They make working at this location a dream for the vendors, which lets us (vendors) focus on making the clients dreams come true. This location is fun, elegant, modern, and a must book! Though unoccupied now, the original ice-house, brew-house, and malting building still stand across the street, a reminder of the dream Philip Zorn brought with him to America.

It was very easy to coordinate a visit with the venue coordinator, DeAsarae, who streamlined the process and it made it very easy upon booking. She connected me to the catering company which was also very professional and worked to ensure my vendors had access to the venue space on the day of the event to pull off a great celebration of my husband's milestone birthday!
