I started this business over 11 years ago after I finished school at The French Pastry school in Chicago where I furthered my culinary arts degree to specialize in cake decorating. Baking was a passion I learned at a young age baking with my mom and I just knew it had to be what I did for the rest of my life. I am a home-based business operating under the applicable laws of Idaho, and all of my recipes have been approved by the Central District Health Department. I am also fully insured.
