We are the Richardson's and we started Summer Nights Italian Ice with the goal of sharing our favorite frozen treat with our friends, family, and neighbors while teaching our kids the value of hard work.

Summer Nights Italian Ice is an amazing refreshment to share with your wedding, party, or event guests. We can provide you with everything you need to serve your guests yourself, or we can even come and serve for you. We are based in Idaho Falls, but can serve events across the region. Everything we make is made with real fruit, fresh ingrediants and is gluten and dairy free.

    So delicious, easy to work with, convenient and everyone loved this delicious treat at our wedding! Perfect thing to cool everyone off at our outdoor wedding. We loved the service! We got to pick out a few of our favorite flavors to have served at our wedding. They set up, served and cleaned up! Worth it!
