Red Maple Vineyard is a beautiful vineyard and farm, located on 143-acres of vibrant and diverse property which over looks the historic Hudson River. The land is composed of a renovated cow barn from the 1800's, stone foundation ruins, horse paddock, chicken coop, expansive lawns, forests, vineyards, fruit & vegetable, herb and floral gardens. Westwind Orchard is a BioIntensive Orchard and Farm. Our unfiltered and sulfite free cider is pressed onsite. We raise our own chickens. Our honey comes from our bees. We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. Each event is curated by our management team, our events coordinator, and executive chef. We offer traditional Roman-style cuisine inspired by the seasons in a casual family-style format. Bar packages include our natural hard ciders along with New York State wine, beer, and spirits, as well as custom cocktails.
