We had both our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Eatontown and our whole entire day was nothing but exceptional. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Corey was our maître d and was amazing the day of as well. The food was delicious, and The Renaissance was beautifully decorated all throughout in a Christmas Holiday theme, which made the entire wedding magical! Jenna and Alicia and our maitre’d Heather always had everything under control at all times from the booking up the night of the reception and made it seem effortless. That was a big factor in my husband, Sal and I being able to enjoy our special night. We loved our wedding at Snug Harbor. Josephine & Jessica were thorough and very professional taking away a lot of the stress and anxiety that comes with a wedding day. We had two in person meetings, one in the beginning and one shortly before the wedding, and constant email contact. They made sure to have every single detail that was needed for the big day. We ran into 0 problems the day of the wedding (not that we know of at least, which is even nicer) thanks to them. Our bridal attendant the day of, Alva, was an angel. She helped me cheer up about the rain “ruining” the day. She was incredibly helpful when we were getting our pictures done making sure to have umbrellas for us and helping me hold my dress to make sure it didn’t get wet or dirty. The day went smoothly with little worry on our end thanks to the team at Snug Harbor. I would talk more on the grounds but I feel like that beauty speaks for itself.

The best decision we made for our wedding was choosing 618. There are not enough wonderful things to say about 618! We were all completely blown away. The communication, professionalism, service, the food, the ambience… absolutely everything was perfect. Our guests have not stopped raving about our wedding. It was truly a dream. The day ran so smoothly. From the cocktail hour to dessert, everything was absolutely delicious. An unexpected plus was that they also packed up EVERY little thing for us. We were able to come back the next day and take all of our centerpieces, leftover food, our painting, anything extra we left behind. They treat every thing with such care, it was truly incredible. Every person I talk to, I recommend to 618 for them for ANY event they will have or even just to go for dinner. 618 never disappoints!

We had our wedding at El Caribe on 08/26/2023 and our wedding day was perfect! My wife legitimately cried when she entered the Tiara ballroom. It was the only time she cried the entire day... she didn’t even shed a tear at the church lol. It well more than exceeded our expectations. Cocktail hour was incredible! My wife and I didn’t attend cocktail hour but we were able to see some photos from our guests and it was unbelievable! Cocktail hour included a lobster wall, an oyster shucking station, fresh mozzarella being made fresh in front of your eyes… it was incredible. We wish we had attended our cocktail hour just to view everything in person but we knew that we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy any of the food if we did (as we would have been approached by everyone trying to talk to us and wish us congratulations). Instead we enjoyed all the food being served at the cocktail hour in a separate private room. The staff and service was incredible! Alan was super attentive. He made sure that we stayed hydrated and were able to actually enjoy the food from our cocktail hour and dinner. During our private cocktail hour, Alan dressed my wife in a white tablecloth (so she didn’t spill anything on her dress) and was attending to our every needs. One of my groomsmen’s wives joined us in our private room (she was pregnant and we welcomed her to join us so she could be comfortable) and she commented how awesome and attentive the staff was and how the staff at her venue practically forgot about her wedding (we didn’t ask for her to elaborate lol). Similarly Ashley (the bridal attendant) and George were awesome as well! The MOH was struggling to bustle my wife’s dress and Ashley just took over and bustled it up quickly! I would highly suggest El Caribe for your wedding venue! After attending my wedding my cousin (who experienced El Caribe for the first time at my wedding) booked his wedding at El Caribe shortly afterwards. Also, your cake from Aliotta Pastry Shop is included when you book with El Caribe and the cake was phenomenal.

This wedding venue is beautiful and has a spacious parking lot which is convenient for Brooklyn. There were so many appetizers and the guests really enjoyed their food. Richie Jr. is THE BEST person you could work with (easy to talk to and knowledgeable) and trust to handle all of the details. For example, we didn’t initially like the cake with the bakery they worked with but they spoke with them to custom-make it to our taste so it was delicious. Plus my husband is gluten free and once we provided the gluten-free bread crumbs, Richie worked with the chef to make some appetizers work for him. The packages were also really reasonably priced and it came with valet parking, doorman, hostess, master of ceremonies, maitre d’, head waiter, etc. They have multiple event rooms (the second floor is also going to be renovated in 2022 but I wish they would take the old red carpeting in the Patrician room - where we were since it is outdated). In the Patrician Room, we did have placement issues with the TV and cold sparkler machines so my advice for the couple is not to have the DJ in the back corner, have them closer to the dais on the right or left hand side so the lights and other tech will be worth it and if the cold sparklers are in the back corner, we can’t take pics with it but if they are in the front they set off the fire alarms so I hope this doesn’t happen with the other event rooms in terms of layout. The ladies restroom/powder room is really nice but the men’s restroom is outdated and painted green so it could use an update. But amazing chandeliers and there is also a small garden by the side area in case people want to go out for some air. Overall, you’ll have a great wedding planning experience and it’s an affordable venue with good food.

Megan, the director, is an absolutely dream to work with. quick responses, explains everything clearly, a sweetheart. Hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the staff were lovely. The Maitre De went missing a lot throughout the day, to the point where my uncle had to find her whenever i needed. They set up & cleaned everything up for us which was lovely. the hotel bar stayed open late (sunday wedding) but you couldn’t make it private. so you had people at the bar trying to add to an open tab. you get a room block, the director of rooms Rebecca is very easy to work with as well. the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous!!! Our guests enjoyed casual petanque play and everyone was very impressed with the unique setting and the overall atmosphere, service, and vibes. The staff were very helpful teaching guests petanque rules and gameplay. Carreau Club was very flexible and accommodating, with several different options for food/bar packages and court/venue buyouts. Dana was a dream to work with. While I hope I never get married again, if I do, I would be sure to come back to Carreau Club -- let's play petanque!

The space is fantastic and the service is great. we had a couple issues like my name was printed wrong on the menu, some food selections werent prepared the way we discussed with the coordinator, and they were setting up cocktail hour during the ceremony which created some noise. Otherwise, we were very happy and felt the venue was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. The food was phenomenal, they have people eager to help you and take care of you, and the space is just breath-taking. They really throw a phenomenal wedding. Wouldn’t change it for anything!

I can't say enough good things about Threes - the staff, the venue, the managers - everyone was incredibly wonderful, so responsive, and helpful through the entire night and the year leading up to our event. My husband and I decided to plan the wedding ourselves and were looking for something pretty all-inclusive. Threes offered catering in-house, is obviously a (very good) beer bar, and needed minimal decorations (we had a summer casual vibe). It is narrow, but we were looking for a space that felt intimate, but had space for 120 or so people to gather, dance, eat (we didn't want a seating chart), all around the restaurant. Leading up to the event was a breeze - Angie walked us through what to expect and gave sample timelines of how they typically navigate things. I had a lot of questions as I wanted to bring in my own decorations, and she made sure I got all the information I needed and as quickly as possible. Threes gave options for getting ready spaces, let us drop things off days in advance, and treated us so well every time we dropped by to pick or drop something off or chat through some questions. Of note: the food vendors were rotating, so we saw a few different menus, but were given the freedom to pic the one we preferred. I will say; the tasting was fine, the food day-of was MUCH better which was an unexpected surprise. The day-of came, and we needed a rain plan due to a tropical storm blowing in, and Angie eased my anxiety and made sure a plan was in place. Throughout the day every. single. staff member. was SO warm, on top of it, and ready to help with whatever we needed. I cannot recommend working with the staff and team at Threes enough.

Gabe and the entire crew at HH knocked it out of the park. The entire day went flawlessly, they worked seamlessly with our vendors, set up the rooms better than I could have ever imagined. Not to mention the space itself/location is GORGEOUS….but funny enough, we booked the space for the insane views of NYC, but happened to get the foggiest day of December - it. Did. Not. Matter. !!! Hudson House KILLED IT and made our day beautiful, stunning, and perfect start to finish. Our guests are raving about the time they had.

Bacchus is a truly incredible little restaurant and a great place for a wedding. The food is great and we were able to put together a really special menu with them. Meryl their on staff event coordinator was amazing to work with and handled all the logistics of our big day with true French laissez faire ease. Having priced out a variety of caterers/event space/furniture rental options in addition to Bacchus, this is really a very cost effective and absolutely lovely place to get married near downtown Brooklyn.

Planning a Brooklyn wedding is no small feat but The Ace Hotel Brooklyn not only made my wedding vision come to life but exceeded my expectations! The team had amazing communication and answered all my many questions with ease. I planned my wedding myself and hired a day of coordinator only because the Ace were so easy to work with. Not only is the space beautiful but the staff are so kind and the food from their restaurant was beyond great. My guests were so happy. I would highly suggest having them handle your cake as well because it’s all made in house and I sent them my inspiration and they knocked it out of the park! Because they handle so much I was able to focus on smaller details and design for the day that made it feel extra special. We had a beautiful wedding at the Prospect Park boathouse on 5/23/24! Everything went smoothly, thanks to the prep calls with Elena and the Purslane team. My husband and I had a wonderful intimate wedding at Maison May. Their staff throughout our booking process was super communicative and easy to work with. They have food and drink on site and packages to suit a variety of occasions. Both the food and the drinks were DELICIOUS. We had a very minimal DIY wedding; the space at Maison May is beautiful and blank to allow your imagination and dreams to come to life. There is a French kitchen aesthetic downstairs and a modern upstairs. We wouldn't change anything about our day and had a fantastic experience with Maison May, I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couples looking for an intimate space with AMAZING food.

Where do I begin? I had my wedding during COVID, which wasn't easy on anyone. But, still deciding to get married, having it at Premier718, was the best decision we made. Everything went off without a hitch. Jeanette took all the pressure off my back. I gave her my ideas and she bought each one to life. I didn't see anything right until I walked in after the ceremony and when I tell you I was completely in love! The venue is modern, clean, and spacious. Words can't express how grateful and appreciative of the service I received. She took care of the decor, the cake, the food and the alcohol, and I was not disappointed. P.S Can I also mention she did all of this for me in a matter of like 10 days. Which I don't think anyone should do. haha. What I'm trying to say is that I definitely recommend Premier718!!

The Shore Club was a cost-effective choice for our wedding venue. The communication with their event coordinator was direct, easy and quick, making planning straightforward. While the venue itself is dated with a basic design, we felt it was a good value for the price. The simple layout allowed us to decorate the space and make it our own for the big day. Guests commented that they enjoyed the food. We had about 170 people in their large ballroom and it was packed. I wouldn’t recommended for parties closer to 200, unless able to max out all tables at 10-12 guests. For couples looking for an affordable venue option without too many frills, The Shore Club offers convenience and practicality.

What an amazing venue. Grand but intimate, this venue offers the best of both worlds. It’s old world charm made this the perfect venue for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding. Skinos hosted our engagement party with 100 guests, where we reserved the first floor. Everything from the communication and logistics to the service and atmosphere was beyond amazing! In the pre-planning, they were accommodating, kind and a pleasure to work with. At the event, they were organized, had great music and had friendly quick bartending service. Their drinks were amazing and the place was stunning - all of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful it was.

We are so happy we found Celestine and could host our wedding there! When we first came across this venue, we instantly knew that it ticked all of our boxes. The views of the Manhattan Bridge and the downtown Manhattan skyline are gorgeous, the Mediterranean-style food is fantastic, and the staff is professional and attentive. We visited several times before the wedding to sample the menu and treat friends and family to a great time, and we were consistently impressed with the quality and the service. Working with the Celestine events team, Nisrine, Kirsten, and Krystle, was a breeze. During the entire period leading up to the wedding, we were in constant contact and had several meetings, which made us able to relax throughout the process, knowing that everything was completely under control. We had our separate day-of coordinator who integrated seamlessly with the Celestine team, and Krystle, our Celestine coordinator, on the wedding day. Once the big day came around, we could not have been more prepared and at ease. Everything worked and turned out as beautiful and perfect as we had hoped! Many of our guests have said (and are still telling us!) that this was one of the best weddings they have ever been to, with many of their compliments directed towards the venue, food, and staff. Among all the other wedding venues in DUMBO, Celestine stands out as a true gem. It has everything we could have wished for in a very intimate, beautiful setting that will leave memories for a lifetime and have us coming back for more!

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, and everything about the venue itself was perfect for our big day. The staff was generally great, and the venue itself exceeded our expectations. However, there were a couple of things that caught us off guard. First, when we went to drop off our decorations the day before the wedding, we were surprised to find large, dramatic Christmas decorations still in the foyer—something we were never informed would be there. Thankfully, the team worked with us to remove them, and by the morning of the wedding, everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated. Second, we were disappointed to find that the venue ran out of rum for our signature drink. We had clearly communicated that rum was a major ingredient, yet they only had two bottles for the entire night, which was nowhere near enough. It seemed like they completely forgot that rum was a key part of our signature cocktail, and it was frustrating to see our guests unable to enjoy it as planned. Lastly, after the wedding, we heard some concerning stories about the way the venue manager and team interacted with our vendors, particularly our wedding planner. Apparently, voices were raised, and things got very heated, with fingers being pointed at faces. It was heartbreaking to hear this, especially because it was completely at odds with the otherwise wonderful experience we had. It felt very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, the venue itself was stunning, and the event went off beautifully, but these issues were frustrating and disappointing, especially when considering how much we loved everything else. If you decide to book here, just make sure to keep a close eye on the details and be aware of how the team handles interactions with vendors.

The Gran Morsi team will be in my heart forever! After not reading my contract carefully enough (READ THE FINE PRINT EVERYONE, DON'T BE LIKE ME), I realized I had booked the private event space for my wedding welcome party on the day of my wedding... and came to this realization as all our guests were already at the restaurant. Skyle appeared like an angel, and within 30 minutes she pulled together the event we had scheduled for the next day, including every appetizer in our contract and even the playlist we had sent. The professionalism and grace of the team and Skyle especially was truly unmatched. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant's food, its atmosphere and its caring and committed staff.

Cressida and the Winona's team made coordinating the event a breeze. They were warm, efficient and extremely thorough. Winona's made sure we had everything we wanted to celebrate our day. We cannot imagine having hosted our reception anywhere else. The space is beautiful, the food was outstanding, the beverage selection was top notch and the service was warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend Winona's highly enough. 10 out of 10 would do it all over again.

From the minute my fiance (now husband!) started looking at wedding venues, we knew we wanted something with a very NYC feel. Tribeca Rooftop was the second venue we looked at and we were sold. We cancelled all our other appointments and signed our contract for a June 2023 wedding. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Donna was amazing to work with. I asked A LOT of questions and sent A LOT of emails and she always responded in a timely fashion and never made me feel as though I was being annoying (which I'm sure I was being haha). When it was about a month before our wedding, we were handed over to Andrew, who was equally incredible and helpful. On the day of our wedding, we worked with George as our attendant. George was the life of the party, always there to provide us with drinks when we were running low, and will always make sure your lipstick is on and people are where they need to be. George was THE BEST attendant we could have asked for, but I digress... The food: incredible- our cocktail hour was stunning and delicious. SO much food and everyone was raving about how delicious it alll was. The drinks: always flowing and made perfectly! Our bartenders were great and never had people waiting at the bar for their next round. The venue: I mean... STUNNING. Obviously. The staff: amazing! So kind, so helpful, helped really put us at ease throughout the whole process and helped keep our nerves calm on the day of our wedding. Overall: 20/10. Book your wedding here (and please invite us, we really want to be guests at a Tribeca Rooftop wedding)

We cannot recommend Casa Ora enough. From our first time dining at Casa Ora, we were greeted with such wonderful hospitality and food. We felt as if we were family! We were originally going to host our wedding shower with 60 people in Casa Ora, but ended up going with their new sister restaurant 2 doors down, at Lulla's Bakery. The space was SO beautiful. From the furniture to the decor to the color choices, we loved every part of it. The drinks were spectacular as always.
