Today, the Estate is available for sit-down dinners with 200 guests or an opulent stations-style event for up to 275. Portico is a storybook wedding venue located in a 55 acre arboretum in the historic Germantown neighborhood of Northwest Philadelphia. This magical locale is perfect for romantic celebrations. Once the private enclave of an extended Quaker family, the Arboretum is a green oasis in a densely-populated urban environment with the Francis Cope House as its centerpiece. They also set up the barn to your specifications and break down the rentals at the end of the evening. Available late April through early November.

Morris Arboretum gives you private access to 92 breathtaking acres situated in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. You have a choice of seven charming ceremony sites, a delightful open-air cocktail hour, and tented dinner + dancing under the glow of café string lights in the tent. Our picturesque gardens are exclusively yours when for the festivities from 6 to 11pm with a max capacity of 175 (some restrictions apply at the max guest count). You have 3 hours with a golf cart + driver to escort you throughout the lush grounds for wedding photographs. Morris Arboretum offers 6 caterers for you to choose from (this is contracted separately, not included in our rental fee). From elopements to micro ceremonies to large gatherings - we are here to help with effortless planning. We are an outdoor garden with seasonal availability from April through October, and would love to share in your wonderful day!

Eagle Manor is a pre-colonial waterfront estate built in 1736 that boasts 10 bedrooms with fireplaces and marble bathrooms. The acres of waterfront lawn are ideal for wedding ceremonies while the expansive 2300 sq. ft. river deck is perfect for cocktail hours. Our cathedral size historic dairy barn is ideal for rustic receptions. Eagle Manor is more picturesque than most parks, with peacocks and other ornamental birds roaming the grounds. Great images can be taken from the river deck, the waterfront lawn, the historic dairy barn, and any number of our freshwater ponds. Our spacious grounds do not limit your guest count and give the perfect background to your celebration.

The terrace opens directly into the cocktail lounge to enjoy sparkling champagne and their favorite beverages.  Corporate events and receptions on the terrace are surrounded by our sweeping landscape shaded by trees and bordered by leafy plants. Inside, a stage for live entertainment with a large dance floor imbues the elegant ballroom with an energy ready for dynamic wedding and mitzvah entertaining. The stage works equally well for corporate day-long seminars and retreats with video screen and a built-in sound system.
