Ye Olde Manor House Bed & Breakfast is an idyllic setting for intimate weddings and receptions. Our three landscaped acres are surrounded by cottage gardens. Our koi pond with its waterfall, our belvedere flanked by cottage flowers, and our spacious back yard surrounded by stately evergreens, provide beautiful backdrops for outdoor weddings. Our oversized fireplace with its wide hearth provides a perfect spot for an intimate indoor wedding. Guests can book the Manor House with or without the inclusion of overnight accommodation for up to 17 people. Guests are welcome to use their own catering services. Kemper offers a chapel for indoor ceremonies and a gazebo and lakefront options for outdoors. There are five diverse environments for your wedding reception, with both indoor and outdoor availabilities. Indoor capacity is 150 guests, and outdoor is 300 guests.

Chapel 1899 is a historic church renovated into a unique, elegant wedding venue in Fort Atkinson, WI. They provide complete bar services, two floors of gathering space, a warming kitchen, and a bridal suite. Chapel 1899 is conveniently just an hour outside of Madison and Milwaukee, allowing your guests to reach the Chapel with ease. The main level at Chapel 1899 doubles as a beautiful ceremony and reception space. After the ceremony, the staff will flip the main level to prepare for the reception. Your guests are welcome to enjoy the other gathering areas at this time, such as the lower-level lounge and bar area. Please keep in mind that we have a limit of 100 guests to be seated for dinner. Chapel 1899 provides several services and amenities, including tables and chairs, bartenders, parking, and on-site staff. You and your partner are welcome to bring your caterers of choice. Chapel 1899 is also proud to say it is a fully handicap-accessible location.

We also have The Shed building which is a climate-controlled building used for smaller groups of 30 or less people, bridal parties, etc. It has a kitchenette, lighted mirrors, a private restroom and comfortable seating. 4 public restrooms on site; 2 large handicapped flush toilets and 2 large, handicapped pit toilets.
