That Cheese Chick has a passion for sharing our love of cheese with everyone we meet. We are located at 224 Fremaux Ave in Olde Towne, Slidell LA. Since we first opened in August of 2020 we’ve been devoted to providing the highest quality cheeses & offerings. We carefully curate all of our signature boxes and boards. From small gatherings at home to a full catered wedding we are eager to please.

Jarett Eymard and Rachel Carr Eymard bought a bread truck and converted it into a food truck in their back yard just in a couple of months! Jarett came up with the clever name 'Rue Chow' translating to 'street food' and it just stuck! Both of them are professional Chefs so you can expect to find classics with a fun twist at their truck like the chicken and waffle sandwich and Korean BBQ Chicken Pitas. They are cooking all over town.

She was classically trained at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she obtained an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2015.
