I love to make every occasion a special day by creating a unique menu for every client. With over 14 years of culinary experience across the globe, I have the skills and passion to make sure your event is executed at the highest level, and I pride myself on being flexible and easy to work with. I make everything in house, creating beautifully rustic dishes across all cuisines, and I can accomodate any dietary restrictions necessary while maintaining the quality you deserve and expect!
I pride myself on listening to my clients to create a special menu unique to each couple. I offer a bright, fresh and seasonal take on New Orleans' cuisine, incorporating my passion for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food to create a fusion that is wholly original and supremely delicious.

BEST CATERER IN NEW ORLEANS
We worked with Donostia for our wedding and it was incredible. The food was better than what we have at restaurants in New Orleans and completely customized to our desires. It was so easy to work with them and we didn't have to worry about anything. Everyone at the wedding raved about the food as well. Couldn't recommend them more.
