Hi there! My name is Brittney. I have been baking and decorating cakes since forever. My love for cakes started with my grandmother who was a baker herself. She decorated cakes my whole life. I was always in her bakery with her learning the trade. That's where my love started. It has since flourished into this wonderful home based bakery. I love baking cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops. Everything is customized to YOU!

What started as a simple idea while planning my own wedding quickly turned into a passion. I realized there was a gap in the market for interactive, elegant, and beautifully styled dessert and drink options that didn’t feel like just another buffet table. I wanted something more intimate, more thoughtful something that made our guests say “wow.” That’s how Jac’s Snacks was born. Every cart is customized to fit your aesthetic, and every detail is handled with care from setup to breakdown so you can focus on the magic of your day. Serving Southwest Florida and beyond, we bring style, charm, and sweet moments to weddings big and small.

Happiness 101 creates custom cakes and cupcakes in 101 baked from scratch flavor options. I believe taste and appearance are equally important when it comes to cake. I also believe the wedding cake and/or desserts are one of the most important components of a wedding reception. Many guests say "I'm here for the cake!" in jest, but there is definitely some truth behind that statement.

Custom baked goods made to order for all occasions with a small quick bite menu offered through our Cafe. I began this journey in 2015, my daughter who was 11 at the time thought it would be fascinating to have us start a bakery because it was something we could do together. Well, it has been quite a roller coaster and I have learned so much in such little time; every day a new lesson. I would not trade the hard lessons, difficult times, the tears, and the insane amount of dishes for anything in this world because I have done it with my daughter’s encouragement and camaraderie always alongside me.
