Diadem Flower Co. is a boutique flower farm & floral design studio that uses sustainable and responsible practices to produce extraordinary event florals. Colleen and her team are known for their lush, seasonal, abundant designs, predominantly grown on her farm.

Although I call Bellingham and the Pacific Northwest home now, I grew up on my family's farm in Michigan's rural Upper Peninsula, also known as 'the U.P.' At heart, I'm still and always will be a die-hard 'Yooper.' My dad, Chip, who is one of my biggest heroes, taught me how to grow, forage for, and arrange flowers around our farm while I was growing up. We used to make things together and sell them at the local farmers market on the weekends. So in some ways, I've been doing this work all my life. I started working in the floral industry in Bellingham before branching out on my own as Pozie by Natalie in 2015.

Welcome! I'm the designer/owner, farmer/florist, grower/accountant, and customer service team at Hazel Designs. I pour so much love and passion into this work, and I’m excited to share some of that with you. I love expressing, interpreting and creating backdrops for love stories of all kinds, using the color, light and texture of local, seasonal blooms. I started my design business in Seattle 12 years ago and am now based in Bellingham, where I grow cut flowers and have access to amazing locally sourced blooms.

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Wood & Word Blooms is run by a Jen Angle, former teacher of 20+ years and specializes in using hand-painted wood flowers along with a faux, dried and preserved florals (nothing fresh here) to bring your wedding vision to life not just for that one glorious day but forever. Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

As a special event florist my mission is to create original, quality, lasting keepsake florals, which reflect the beauty and eternal love that they help celebrate. Everything from first contact to completion is done solely through me. Yep, I’m a one-woman show. I love having personal interactions with all my clients and customers. Creating something truly unique for you is my greatest passion.
