The Paddock - Accommodates 200 An outdoor ceremony and reception space. The Paddock accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour and up to 150 guests for a seated reception. Somerhaus is a 3080 sq ft dedicated events space in a beautiful converted warehouse building on Republic Street in OTR, very close to Washington Park, and a couple of doors down from Salazar Restaurant. Somerhaus takes its design cues from Somerset, its sister bar: Interesting furnishings and art from around the world, plenty of greenery and plant life, all mixed with classic design pieces in an industrial-chic setting.
