25 years ago, I watched my stepfather's home burn to the ground. Along with it went all the memories he had kept of my mother, who had passed away years before. My passion for photography grew after that traumatic event. Photography has become a need to capture memories for future generations, memories that I don't have anymore.

I thrive on the human experience. I enjoy photographing stories in their organic form, curating a lifetime of memories for my clients. It's a given that I WILL cry at your wedding, celebrate your babies, become your Hype Woman for boudoir, and soak up every moment alongside you. In every sense of the word, I absolutely care about my clients. They become family. I am a lover of ridiculous internet memes, "I Love Lucy," my dogs, and my family. Enjoying life is essential to me. Travel, nature walks, and the smell of a campfire speak to my soul. Target is great, but you'll usually find me at Vertigo Records searching for vintage vinyl.

Greetings! I'm Jenna, the storyteller behind the lens. My photographic journey started in 2011, a tale woven with snapshots of friends' senior and family moments. However, it was in 2015, with a friend's wedding, that my passion ignited. The enchantment of documenting that love-filled day hooked me. While photography fulfills me, wedding photography is my heartbeat. I thrive on crafting and capturing the extraordinary moments that make your day unforgettable. Allow me to be a part of your journey, transforming cherished moments into timeless treasures. Let's create your visual love story together! 📸💕

Awarded Best of Zola
We hired Jenna for our wedding 6/22/24 and from the moment we met her at our engagement shoot we loved her. We had never had professional photos taken before and we’re both camera shy, especially my husband, but Jenna got both of us to open right up and she got amazing shots at both the engagement shoot and our wedding! She is very quick with turnaround on sneak peeks and got all of our photos so far back to us sooner than she stated. She will literally be your best friend by the end of your wedding night. She’s so helpful and goes above and beyond what you would expect from a wedding photographer. My only qualm, and it truly isn’t that big a deal to me but I know some brides are picky, is that she wore pretty casual clothing on the day of the wedding. Not a big deal to me, but I also didn’t ask her to wear anything specific or even ask what she would be wearing for the event anyway. She’s so friendly though that I’m sure if you asked her to wear something specific (I.e. all black) she would. Definitely book her. She’s amazing.

Hi! I'm Sarah. Congratulations on taking the next step in your wedding planning! Choosing to work with me earns you more than just a photographer; you get a hype-girl, a dress fluffer, a confidant and a new best friend. Since we are now future besties, here's what you should know about me: My love for portraiture stems from the joy it brings me to make others feel beautiful. Few things make me feel as giddy as photographing weddings, engagements & proposals, and I can't wait to capture the next stage of your love story. My strengths lie in natural lighting, illuminating colors, and catching the candid moments that make you, you.

Awarded Best of Zola
There is not enough good things we can say about Sarah! From day 1, she had great communication before the proposal while deciding the perfect location and how we would meet up with her. She executed flawlessly and I never saw her until the ring was on my finger even though she followed us for a bit before the big moment. She made us feel so comfortable for the photoshoot after and was willing to go to a few different spots with us all while carrying all of our stuff so it wouldn’t be in our pockets for the pictures. We received the sneak peeks the next day and were blown away with how well they turned out, she nailed it!! She got the big “I do” moment which was most important and then captured so many other sweet moments right before and after that I will forever be so grateful we can relive because of her photos. The best thing about her is that you can feel the joy coming out of the screen when you look through her galleries. So many people have raved over how well our engagement photos turned out. Everyone should book Sarah, she is so great at what she does!!

Arrae Photography

  • Classic style

My name is Amanda Montgomery and I am Arrae Photography based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The name Arrae (pronounced [uh-rey]) came from my first initial and my middle name, Rae, added an extra r and made a new word. I wanted something unique that was also me, the idea came to mind one day and it just fit. Being a photographer is all I've ever wanted to do with my life. When I was 12 I saved up my babysitting money to buy my first 'big time' camera. I formed Arrae Photography in 2003 as a part-time venture while I worked at local photo labs, went full time in 2008.

Amanda and her partner did an AMAZING job capturing our August 2024 wedding. My husband and I were blown away when we saw our gallery. She is a joy to work with and I highly recommend Arrae Photography to any couple.

Hey there! Since you are trusting me to capture these special moments in your life, I figured you should probably know a bit about me, right? I am a Huntsville, Alabama native, but moved to Nashville after graduating from the University of Alabama in 2013. ROLL TIDE! Although I consider Nashville home, I am anything but a homebody. I love traveling and exploring new places (especially the food at those places!). I even studied abroad in Italy, which let me tell you, was a food lover's dream. I have always felt like an old soul trapped in a millennial’s body. I would rather listen to Frank Sinatra than anything on the radio today.

Awarded Best of Zola
Diana Marie Photography was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding day. From the very beginning, Diana's communication style was open, professional, and timely - she was always checking in to make sure our day was going as we had imagined. The quality of her work is truly exceptional, with a clean, timeless, and emotional style that captured all the special moments beautifully. Diana knows the importance behind wedding photos - they aren't just a social media dump, but rather the memories we'll cherish for years to come. She reminded us to take in the little things, and that thoughtfulness really shines through in the final product. We couldn't recommend Diana Marie Photography enough for any couple looking for a talented, dedicated photographer to document their big day.

Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement or a grand celebration somewhere in the world, I’m here to document every moment with authenticity and heart. Even if you think you’re awkward in front of the camera—challenge accepted! My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself.

Awarded Best of Zola
Wow, where to begin! Arie did a phenomenal job as our wedding photographer! We found Arie through the business Once Like A Spark, and with scheduling her short notice (2 weeks before the wedding), she did an amazing job capturing our vision and style. We honestly love each photo she took and had a really difficult time choosing 60 out of 500 for our album! Arie communicated really well before and throughout the wedding day, was on time to capture getting ready photos, and was attentive throughout the whole night. We admired how she took creative liberty and made sure to capture all the key moments as well as the small, sweet moments too. Even during dinner time, Arie made sure we got photos with each guest, which we greatly appreciated. While we only spent one day together, Arie seems like such a great person with a passion for capturing wedding days with love, care, and a dash of humor. Definitely book Arie for your next event, you won't regret it!

Leah Flores Photography

I am a photographer and artist from the Pacific Northwest with Costa Rican and Scottish roots. My favorite things are dinosaurs, exploring new cities, board games, soccer, National Parks, and whiskey. I have been fortunate to photograph 200+ weddings in my PNW home, to ruins in Scotland, cityscapes in Vietnam, to the beaches of Maui, and beyond! I live in Portland, Oregon with my two dogs and three cats | 🏳️‍🌈🦖⛰️✈️📸⚽🫶🏼🌈🌲🦕🏝 Fun Fact: I was born on Leap Year Day so I'm 9 years old 🥳!

Awarded Best of Zola
I could write a book about Leah; or at least a very detailed blog post but I'll try to keep it shorter! As a fellow professional photographer, I got the opportunity to meet Leah and work with her as her 2nd photographer on a wedding. It took that one amazing experience and absolute blast of a time to know that whenever it was I got married she was THE photographer for me. Fast forward some years later it was finally my turn to tie the knot and my now husband and I chose our date based on when Leah was available, because there was no other option for me! I have gotten to work with dozens of photographers throughout my going on 10 year career, and I'm telling y'all, it doesn't get better than Leah. The photos - amazing! I love her eye for details, the crispness, the colors! Not to mention she is such a beautiful soul with the best personality and energy, with the professionalism to get a gallery worth of beautiful photos with you barely realizing she's there. While going through our gallery, I was stunned and overjoyed so many times to see things I had NO idea happened or even photos of people that I unfortunately didn't get to spend much time with yet seeing that they still enjoyed themselves. In my opinion, a photographer is the most important vendor you can choose for your wedding day. I am so thankful my experience in the wedding industry allowed me to cross paths with Leah because that made a really important decision very easy for me. And I hope my review can help other soonlyweds out there make a hard decision easier. You will not go wrong choosing Leah to photograph your big day!

When I was a kid all I wanted to be was a photographer (or a vet) and in 2019 o my husband gave me that opportunity. I left my corporate job to pursue my passion. What a dream Emilee was to work with, from start to finish. OUR CEREMONY PARTY: we decided on a private, courthouse elopement on a Wednesday, a 60 person reception party on a Friday. In both, our biggest priority was having a photographer capture the intimate, joyful small details. We went with Emilee because of her eye for the beauty in the small things. She captured both our days perfectly. DOCUMENTARY STYLE: Emilee was perfect behind the scenes, capturing beautiful moments of our friends and family, small details of the courthouse with just us. I look back at some of these photos and ask "how did she even get that?!" She has such an eye. POSED: We had about 20 minutes dedicated to posed, family photos during our reception. Emilee had our families relaxed and laughing, quickly swapping members in and out. In some newlywed photos, we sought her advice for how to pose. She gave quick direction, made us feel confident, and always found the perfect light. COMMUNICATION SPEED: Delivered on every promise, quick replies. Emilee was 15 minutes early to both locations, we never had to worry. PERSONALLY: We met with Emilee about 4 months before our big days. We had coffee, talked about our vision and our biggest priorities. She immediately felt like a friend, and knew she was firmly on our team. If you're looking for a photographer to capture not only beautiful photos of yourself, but more importantly, the feeling in every room, Emilee is the photographer for you. We recommend wholeheartedly, and can't wait for another occasion to work with her. Sincerely, Mara James

Gabbie Burseth Photo

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $7,200
  • Serves Moran, MI for additional fees

Gabbie Burseth grew up documenting everything and saving mementos in empty Christmas boxes. After studying at the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia, she discovered an affinity for weddings and their accompanying treasures. Her philosophy as a wedding photographer is to observe with as little interference as possible — no faking it, no do-overs, no “for the camera”. Her biggest desire is for couples to be present at their wedding, not stuck in a photoshoot. Her work is punctuated by rich and vibrant color, the timeless quality of analog film, and a sense of humor found in fleeting moments.

Awarded Best of Zola
For our wedding experience, my husband and I were looking for a photographer that specialized in candids— someone who was focused on capturing natural moments versus the formal, posed ones. Gabbie delivered. She photographed our at-home engagement session, our typhoon-ridden wedding day, and threw in a post-wedding session for free due to circumstances out of our control on the wedding day. Our venue was not prepared for the day to be rained out, so there was minor chaos that I learned of after the fact. Gabbie and her second shooter never let on to any mishaps or miscommunications on the venue’s behalf and fought through the absolute freezing rain with us all day. We deeply cherish all of the photos she took… from us dancing together in the kitchen of our first home, to us bundled up under an umbrella, kissing in the rain after the ceremony, to priceless images of our friends and family breaking it down on the dance floor at the reception, and to the bridal portraits she took of us months after the wedding when she wasn’t satisfied with what we were able to get on the actual wedding day. We have nothing but great things to say about Gabbie and would highly recommend!
