The Felt Factory by Romano's has transformed our 1848 building in the heart of Northeast Philadelphia to an Industrial & Chic Event Venue with three distinctly different spaces. The Manor Ballroom, the Mill Ballroom and our smaller Capri Room. Total Venue space of 45000 square feet. The Felt Factory was carved from the walls and halls of the old Philadelphia Felt Mill, where the sounds of machinery kept the local neighborhood busy by day, and lulled them to sleep at night. Today the building lives again with a cast of dedicated professionals. The joyous noises that you hear are of music, laughter and celebrations of family, friends and the community. Specializing in intimate weddings, Philly Elopement Co. offers a unique and personalized experience. The venue's charming spaces and dedicated service ensure a memorable and meaningful celebration for couples seeking a cozy and intimate setting. Since we are an elopement and micro-wedding venue, we only book up to 4 months in advance at this time. We do not hold receptions, but you can have a champagne toast and cake cutting. We have a maximum of 18 people (16 guests and the couple).

Bolero was Designed by owner Jesse Muñoz. This building was originally called the Philadelphia Saving Fund Society. It was founded in December 1816 as the first savings bank to organize and do business in the United States. When you enter Bolero you are taking a step back in history. A time when service in hospitality was the staple of every event. Housed in a historic bank building we offer 4 unique venues. Our Speakeasy graces the ground level topped by the first-floor Vault Room and then the crowning glory is our Grand Ballroom with soaring 25ft ceilings and arched windows. We also have an urban oasis of a courtyard perfect for receptions and ceremonies.
