I was hired to film a wedding at the Kismet House and was thrilled with the staff and venue. It is a beautiful upstate orchard with a gorgeous pond for the ceremony, remodeled lodging, a rustic barn, and plenty of space for a large party. The staff was kind and very attentive. I can't wait to go back as a contractor or guest!

Mary · married on 09/28/2019 Better than I imagined If I could give them 10 stars I would. Gorgeous, perfect, stunning, spectacular…and every other similar adjective. Our Seven Ponds wedding exceeded every expectation. The setting is just beautiful – impossible to get a bad picture with the farm as a backdrop. The farmhouse suited our bridal party to a T. Everyone had plenty of room, the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to feed our crew on the Friday before and the Saturday of the wedding. We enjoyed a delicious barbecue buffet after our rehearsal and family and bridal party gathered around the bonfire with s’mores afterward. The morning of the wedding, the amazing team (more about them later) doted on us with mimosas and freshly baked muffins. The wedding ceremony went off without a hitch – timing was perfect. And the cocktail hour and reception flew by way too fast. Guests were in awe of the food and the setting in the barn. Our Sunday morning brunch on the porch was the perfect way to close out a perfect weekend. Kudos, applause, and many, many thanks to team leaders, Slywia & Jab – not sure they slept at all over the weekend! They were patient, kind, cheerful, and full of good humor. They kept everything running smoothly and seemed to be in six different places at once. Keeping up the same pace were the rest of the staff. We also must mention our bartender extraordinaire for the weekend, Greg! He managed to stay on top of everyone’s particular order and made every guest feel welcome and catered to. We also know there were many others who maintained the barn, the farmhouse, chefs and others who served our party – everyone was wonderful. We booked our wedding just after Min and Morten purchased the farm – it wasn’t finished when we first saw it. They had a beautiful vision of what they wanted to create and we benefited from the realization of that vision! Their commitment to ensuring bride, groom, family, and guests was clear when they were there to greet us on Friday and stopped in at the reception on Saturday. Be able to do the pre wedding planning of food tastings, meetings, etc at their restaurant in NYC was extremely helpful, as that's where we are based. They were extremely attentive and on top of it the entire way, answering every question we had! Wish we could do it all again every weekend!

My husband and I were married at Blenheim and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! It was an absolutely perfect wedding celebration and the incredible staff at Blenheim helped make it that way. The farm is stunning and the food is delicious but the 5 star treatment is what sets Blenheim apart from other venues. We are both still on Cloud 100! From the moment we decided to have our wedding at Blenheim, we were taken care of. There are so many decisions to make throughout the planning process, and Min, Carol and Laura helped walk us through each decision. We began working with Mina as the time grew closer to our wedding day and words cannot express how absolutely incredible she is. Mina and her team are proactive, decisive, kind, calm, thorough, knowledgable and gracious. We arrived on Wednesday before our wedding and from the moment we arrived on the property, we were greeted with fresh appetizers from the garden. This service continued throughout the weekend with freshly made muffins and other morsels of deliciousness. Mina and her team were accessible during our entire stay at Blenheim and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Any type of anxiety that I had going into the weekend was immediately put at bay when greeted by Mina. The wedding ceremony itself was beautiful - truly perfect - and the cocktail hour and reception were amazing. Needless to say, the Michelin star rated food was impeccable. Our guests had a blast and no one wanted it to end. As we relive our amazing wedding weekend through the beautiful pictures and stories, I will always be thankful for the decision we made to have our wedding at Blenheim.

Cheryl was so easy to work with. Her communication was great and timely all before my special day. I felt like I never had a worry because my questions were always answered before the day ended. During the rehearsal, she was able to answer all my questions and give some pointers, which was super helpful to make our day go smoothly. I suggest you take her advice. She showed her confidence in what she does best, which only made me feel less nervous about everything going on. She and her staff were so friendly at the rehearsal dinner, specially with the special requests I had for a few of my guests. Our wedding went on without a hiccup. Her staff decorated my tables exactly how I wanted. She met with my photographer to show the grounds for photo options. She was readily available in moments and was on point with the schedule of events on my day. The food was great and it seemed like things went seamlessly. She came to one more rescue for our friends and family. The following day, we did not anticipate so many of our friends and family wanted to leisurely join us for dinner. She was able to set us up in a space to accommodate us at the last minute. Cheryl was so easy to work with throughout the planning process. Her experience and organization is paramount. She made us feel comfortable and confident with our plans. Our family and friends had a blast at the party and the grounds that weekend. Many said they would return, including us.

Kerri guided us through the entire process as we planned it in 7 months; she helped us identify what vendors/suppliers we may need and provided resources for reference as well as time priority of onboarding vendors. Kirby Hill Farm is a magical experience. By far my most favorite venue to flower and the most gracious hosts to work with. There is a beauty and authenticity about the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and wide skies this gem has many perfect backdrops for gorgeous photo ops (think majestic horses grazing in the background and beautifully landscaped grounds to meander). The thoughtfully appointed farmhouse is the right size to accommodate most bridal parties and is also a stellar option for hosting intimate rehearsal dinners in front of the fireplace. The club house is loaded with character: warm wood, stone, and the original barn doors. The barn stands in contrast, industrial in feel with soaring ceilings and oversized glass doors that open up to cocktails on the pavilion overlooking the polo field below. I found tons of inspiration for my design vision right at the farm and the team there was flawless in facilitating my execution. If you love BBQ or beautifully prepared delectable food experiences you should definitely check out the farms exclusive caterer Odeens when you visit the site. Overall just sublime!

Birch Hill was the best venue for us! From day 1 the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We really didn't have many ideas to start and didn't know where to start but Jessica was a HUGE help to us. She was patient and used her experience to help guide us but making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When Jessica was unavailable, other staff member (Joanne, Sarah, etc.) quickly and willingly stepped in to give us a hand. On the day of, it couldn't have gone any smoother. All of the staff (Jessica, Rebecca, Will, Serena, etc.) were extremely helpful making sure we got where we needed, things were in place, food and drinks were served to us, etc. I cant even list everything that have done for us! The space is large and able to fit our 10 piece band, 175 guests with 16 tables, plus a sweetheart table without feeling crammed.

Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. I never would have thought about having my wedding here, at a "ski resort." We are not skiers. What drew me here was a picture!! The inside of the Tent (seasonal location) was breath taking!! We were scrolling and clicking on EVERY venue listed. NOTHING had that "oh la la" appeal. My FH went to bed and I kept looking. Then, I came upon GP. The next evening I showed him and he said, "If you want it then let's make an appointment!" So I reached out and left a message. The Wedding Events Coordinator (Chelsea) got back to me in a timely manner and we set up a meeting. She showed us around to their other locations on site. Then we went into the Tent. And it was ABSOULTELY BREATH TAKING when we were inside!! It was definitely LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!!!! Chelsea talked to us about what GP has to offer, as far as wedding packages, etc. We booked GP by the end of 2021; and we just got married last month! In order to have your date, the venue and at the exact location on premises you want- you need to book ASAP!! Chelsea is an EXTREMELY busy woman with a lot on her plate!! I do think she needs an assistant especially around wedding season!! Lol!!! Chelsea does a wonderful job by herself, even though she does have a "team" that does wonders too!! She helped us through the whole process and gave some personal insight. She's very thorough with every single detail. She was AWESOME to talk to, deal with and plan with!!!! The food was AMAZING!!! Our guests couldn't stop raving about their appetizers during cocktail hour, the main meal for the reception (we picked out Country Side Glam Buffet), their cocktails, their rooms, and just the ATMOSPHERE itself is enough! The staff also plans meals for food allergies- a lot of other venues don't cater to this! Inside the Tent, it didn't feel like you were in a Tent. Don't judge a book by it's cover! Lol! We were the only wedding there on our day, so that definitely made it feel more special and enjoyable! We enjoyed working with Chelsea, the staff and Greek Peak!! The prices were extremely affordable! Some of my family and guests didn't REALLY want to travel 1.5 hours (minimum). After the wedding, they understood why we chose to have our wedding at Greek Peak. We, our families and friends, and other guests would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREEK PEAK for a wedding, a getaway, a honeymoon. You name it!! Thank you so much Chelsea, Greek Peak's staff & Greek Peak!!!!! Our Wedding Day was PERFECT!!!!!!!!

Magnificent place for an intimate, unique wedding experience. This is not your standard wedding venue that handles multiple events at a time and confines its guests to the reception hall or at best to a small outdoor space. The is the ultimate splendor of having an entire estate and staff dedicated to your intimate experience. My experience: a quintessential gift that paired with the thoughtful favor memorialized the event. As we drove up to the gated 1920’s estate overlooking the lake and manicured landscape budded with mature trees surrounding the landmark Spanish colonial which beckoned us in, Rushmore “had us at hello.” This home spoke to us. Beyond the craftsmanship and its meandering outdoor spaces, we felt drawn to this majestic property. “I was within and without” is how I would describe it ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby.. Blending into to the historical landscape, our wedding theme was simply Gatsby. "Can't repeat the past? Why of course you can!". This magical place transported us and our guests back to the lavish roaring period of a happy by gone era. How appropriate a medicine for today when we all seek an opportunity to unite in a safe social gathering. What better way to splendor the outdoors over many acres of pure solitude for you and your special guests alone to explore. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves was gratifying. All our guests told me how much fun they had. Thanks to Russell, Karen and Beth for making our event all the more magical and flawless. They didn’t miss a beat. The outdoor after party by the lake Russell set for us and some of our guests with a bon fire was the topper of the evening. It was lovely strolling around the lake after dinner. Russell and team equipped us with a customized service and were gracious with accommodating our special needs. One of which was by default an unforgettable personal experience beyond our dreams - a portal to a happier time. Beth was a super wedding planner and Karen helped with setting the stage for my Gatsby old Hollywood décor in the reception. Another topper to this event was the most decadent catering of Pamela’s Traveling Feast. She prepared the perfect menu and with varying serving stations to satisfy every palette. The wedding cake was incredible, nothing of this world. I cannot describe how amazing the wedding cake was, but I’ve never tasted anything like it. Paired with the homemade pies were simply to die for. All the food she prepared was of the same caliber, simply divine. Russell recommended Pamela who is top on their list of caterers no doubt. We were fortunate to have Pamela and I can’t tell you how many compliments I received from our guests on her culinary talents! She is a must have! No one else can possibly compare! Reverend Jim Rooney also recommended by Rushmore was truly amazing and personable who made us feel extra special. When we were saying our vows as Christian looked at me, “it was like all women want to be looked at by a man.” Then he kissed me “and the incarnation was complete.” ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby. All these elements collided like the stars and together created an unforgettable moment in time that is now bound to this magical place. I will never forget our experience at Rushmore. If you are looking for the most incredible experience for your wedding, its Rushmore. I hopeful, dreaming grandly sought a special place to hold my wedding and I landed it at the Rushmore Estates.
