You can visit the bakery or custom order a wide variety of cupcakes, cookies, scones, coffees, teas, and much more! We also host events for the public and have a room for private parties. One of our many passions it to use pure, sustainable “Kentucky Proud” ingredients.

Bringing my passion to life, I specialize in made-from-scratch desserts. I’m a home-based Vendor in Noblesville, IN where small businesses are the heart of our community! I opened in 2017 as part time and took it on full time during the pandemic, after having my daughter.

The Cakery has been a Dayton staple since 1996. The current owners have worked at The Cakery since the early 2000's and love what they do! We’re a southern couple with a background in hobby farming and a passion for locally sourced Kentucky food. While in the midst of successful careers in the corporate sector, we dreamed of branching out into a new business that interested us both. Inspired by the sweet, creamy gelato on a trip overseas, Spotz Gelato was born in 2013!
