The Paper Bakery

Hi! I started making cakes at the beginning of 2019 and realized quickly that I could do this ALL DAY. I love that cakes aren't just for eating. While they are soooo delicious they are also beautiful and symbols of celebration. Whether it's painted buttercream, classical piping, or ephemeral 3D florals, A cake can elevate a party, it can create a focal point, and best of all, it can be that wedding accessory that helps us create those memories we will cherish forever. I want to help bring that vision to life in a way that is unique to every couple.

I am educated as an architect and have been a painter my whole life. Bringing those skills to cake artistry allows me to design using a variety of mediums from classical piping to painted landscapes to sculptural floral installations, all while maintaining the structural integrity (and deliciousness!) of my cakes. Architecture is about guiding the user through your creation and shaping their experience, likewise, every cake tells a story and leaves a lasting experience in the minds of it's enjoyers! If you can dream it, I want to bake it.
